Hey All! Inspired by TLC's amazing wheel, I've created another homemade Wheel, this time smaller at about 24", and using TLC's as a guide, I tried my best to do a full podium set as well. Hope you all enjoy! Round 1 Round 2 Round 3 Round 4 Round 5+ Bare Wheel Comments and such are appreciated! For those wondering, the wheel and podiums are glued to a small square IKEA table that I wasn't using anymore. This allows the "stage" to be sturdy always; I still have the 36" wheel, but I'm currently refurbishing that one for a Summer 2016 comeback--I really like this one for now. I added the $300-$400-$450 spaces because even with custom layouts, only using $500-$900 can get repetitive. I just now realized I didn't use $950, so I can plug that in somewhere. Like TLC's wheel, each wedge is individually cut and laminated which allows me to swap layouts as often as I'd like. I printed and laminated all the values from $500-$2000 in all the colors from the All Wheel Wedges Thread, but besides $1,000 and $1,500, I feel weird about having $1250 and $2000 on the main wheel. Maybe that'll change; I am definitely open to suggestions! -A

Looks awesome! Glad I was an inspiration!
I really need to get my wheel back out and make a few improvements to it.

You're welcome TLC! For some reason, my wedges do not line up straight like yours do...it's an issue I've had on the larger wheel as well. Even when taping together a template, things don't end up in a perfect circle. How did you resize your wedges? I went into Powerpoint and resized them all to a length of 7", keeping the aspect ratio the same. PPT works really well if you want to custom size the liftable tags--what I did here. Oh, and like this is a surprise to anyone....I've just changed the layout again, lol. I'm never satisfied! -A

If you look closely, my wedges also have a slight spacing problem, also. It's not that noticeable on my wheel and I honestly can't see it on yours.

I would recommend using a black sharpie on the edges of your Express wedge. Just an idea...

Always glad to take ideas and suggestions! The new layout will be published soon. It was inspired by the carnival wheel another user posted on here---the current show's pink $600 was replaced with a yellow wedge, and I've made the wedge underneath the free play a pink wedge to compensate the loss. Tbh, it looks better having three yellow wedges on the wheel; it's a nice even distribution. -A

^I agree, I've always thought there should be 3 yellow wedges. When the free play was added, it made the yellow off-balance.
