A new-to-us Season 2 episode here, but with a bit of an oddity. Something I've not seen on ANY other Season 2 episodes... In Round 1, we see the original-style Helvetica display for the category strip (with a black shadow), but in Rounds 2 and 3, we see the second style display (white outline at the bottom of each letter)... never knew the show to alternate display styles within the same episode...

Holy crow, that was a LOT of Bonus puzzle. That has to be the longest such puzzle on record.

That has to be the longest such puzzle on record. It is, at 24 letters. The next-closest I'm aware of is IN ONE EAR AND OUT THE OTHER, itself 22 letters. |

I don't think they would do any longer than this for a bonus puzzle unless they wanted a win. The puzzle SILVER WEDDING ANNIVERSARY gives you a lot of time to think while the usual picks of RSTLNE are being revealed.
