What were the best Wheel of Fortune solves you ever made? I usually play Big Jon's Wheel of Fortune and I got a few good solves. Once, the puzzle looked like this: FICTIONAL CHARACTER__ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __/ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ And I figured out it was Spongebob Squarepants. I also had this puzzle: LIVING THINGS__/ __ __ __ __ __/ __ __/ S __ __ __ __ __ __ S And I got a flock of seagulls for $1,100. I solved right away since I had the MDW. So what were your best solves?

Take this. A few years ago, I was watching the show as they started what would be the speed-up round, and I got "Pinocchio" with NO letters revealed! None! All I had as the category and that was it.

I've had quite a few. Here's some I can remember:
From the show: LOVEY-DOVEY predicted when Pat announced the category! KINGHTS OF THE ROUND TABLE & CHAIRS with just the Ns and Os MARGE AND HOMER SIMPSON with no letters CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION with no letters THE TONIGHT SHOW WITH CONAN O'BRIEN with no letters thanks to Pat's post-production disclaimer THE WICKED WITCH OF THE WEST with no letters I'M LOVIN' IT with no letters HAVE FAITH with just the E and T EMPIRE STATE BUILDING predicted when Pat announced the category JAZZ BAND with just the N I'M MELTING! MELTING! with just the Ns CINCINNATI OHIO with just the last I in CINCINNATI
From various WOF games (mainly BigJon, Wii, & DS): YOU DON'T KNOW JACK with no letters GUNSMOKE predicted when Pat announced the category SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS with no letters CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING with no letters RIDING A ROLLER COASTER with just the Rs HAPPY-GO-LUCKY with no letters GOLF BAG with just the L GIFT BOX with just the T CODY WYOMING as a Bonus Round puzzle with just the N and at least one letter in CODY. It was a complete guess. TAKING A TOUR OF THE CITY from one of the first screenshots of the Wii game showing just the Ts. I still haven't gotten this puzzle yet, so I'm not 100% sure.

Now that I think about it, I also got a bonus round puzzle after picking 3 consonants and a vowel that didn't appear in the puzzle. I knew the last word was popcorn before R, S, T, L, N, E. Let's see the letters.
__ __ __ __ __/ __ __ __/ __ __ __ __ __ RN
Thing was the category and I chose (B, D, M, A). I would regret doing that because the puzzle looked like this:
__ __ __ __ __/ __ __ __/ __ __ __ __ __ RN
And you'd wish you had a Wild Card. 20 seconds and somehow I was able to figure out that the puzzle was JIFFY POP POPCORN. And I won $40,000 because of popcorn.

I think my most impressive solve has been on the DS version of Wheel. The category was Classic Movies, and the puzzle looked like this:
_ _ _/_ _ _ _ _ _ _/_ And without any letters in there, I immediately hit the solve button and plugged in The King And I and ended up being correct

We have some very good solvers on this website. I was playing Wheel of Fortune today and I started the round with Person as the category.
__ __ __ __ __ __/ __ __ __ __ __ __/ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __
I spun the wheel and landed on $500 and called an R. After 2 of the 4 R's popped up I figured out that it was SINGER CARRIE UNDERWOOD.
__ __ __ __ __ R/ __ __ R __ __ __/ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __
A quick round and $2,000. By the way, did you record that round Mark?

I did not record that round, unfortunately. That's too bad, I would've enjoyed watching it.

I've gotten five puzzles on the show as soon as Pat said the category: BELL-BOTTOM JEANS (my first, back in 2003), SALEM MASSACHUSETTS, LOVEY-DOVEY, PLAYING FETCH and the bonus puzzle GIGABYTES. I swear, I said the last one when they were still spinning the Wheel! On May 17, I got three puzzles with no letters showing, and then two more on the 20th. One of them was JOHNNY DEPP AS RANGO... and yet only two days before, it took me about 14 Free Plays to reveal any consonants in JOHNNY DEPP on the Facebook game... Overall, I've gotten 114 main-game puzzles, 33 Toss-Ups and 23 bonus rounds without any letters showing. And I'm pretty sure I'm not related to anyone named Caitlin Burke.

I got a Bonus Round puzzle, SPEED BUMP, when the contestant who was playing it called a D. It goes to show that sometimes you can figure out a puzzle with someone else's nonintentional help.

I got NOTHING TO LOSE AND EVERYTHING TO GAIN with just the T's and O's, and JACKPOT WINNER with just the R.
I was also playing Wheel of Fortune 2nd Edition and figured out NEW JERSEY & NEW YORK with no letters. I decided to spin to win and I landed on the $10,000 wedge, called an S, and immediately solved the puzzle.

I solved LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN with just the T's on the Wii game a couple weeks ago. My mother, who was playing against me, was not happy.
