I mainly wanted to see these to confirm what season started the current wheel color configuration. It was 27.

^ Well, if you count the Free Play and permanent second Bankrupt, then yes. Otherwise, 26 if you consider the 300/600/300/500 -> 600/500/300/500 change or 24 for the overall color scheme.
