Poor Peggy. She only got to spin 2 times and both times she hit bankrupt. So happy she got the speed-up round. Not sure if round 1 began with yellow's flapper still on pink $650 but that's where it was when the show opened and during the contestant interviews. I had the bonus round with RSTLNE.

Erik, you and the ladies did a great job tonight!
You'll be doing a whole lotta traveling, that's for sure. Top dollar really helped boost Charleen's score. As for Peggy...I'm also happy she got the Final Spin puzzle after not getting much chances to play.
Seems like the Bonus Puzzle was a cinch for you with your picks, Erik. You represented my area very well tonight!
My rating: 8
Enjoy your winnings, Erik!

TU1 and 3: What a relief that these didn't go unsolved... R1: Charleen called the highest multiple left on TDV and even spun for the last one! Definitely made up for the Bankrupt hits, including an insta-bankrupt. Thought the fifth word was BIGGEST until the R's came up. R2: Peggy insta-bankrupts again, and the theme made its way into a Before & After puzzle. I was stuck on QUIET for the first word. Nice prize hit for Erik. R3: The Express run was shorter than many, but at least it started with a multiple. R4: Even if the Wheel wasn't too good to Peggy, she got something here. BR: RSTLNE'd this one. Did not expect Erik to get it, but he did, and neither "obvious" vowel would have been useless. The Right Letters: BKPI(G)

Not sure if round 1 began with yellow's flapper still on pink $650 but that's where it was when the show opened and during the contestant interviews. Good catch. Not only that, but the flippers were touching the pegs when they're usually placed dead-center. First time in a while that the Wheel wasn't preset. I don't recall it happening at all last season, nor in S32. I wondered why Erik's spin seemed strong yet weak. Even so, Erik's spin was a whopping 31 wedges! You don't see that strong a spin too often in the modern-day era. Congrats, Erik! I had the BR with RSTLNE though I was a bit worried when your picks didn't get much additional help. Then again, there aren't many possibilities for "_ _ E".

My highlights: - puckguy14, of course! Congrats on winning HUGE MONEY! You were such a delight to watch! So likable, in fact, that Pat ended up having an extra long chat with you and someone on Twitter called you the Ken Bone of Wheel! - At the start of TU1 when Pat said "almost" in response to Vanna's surprise to the rightmost letter in the puzzle being closer to her than she had expected.

There might've been a pickup, or they re-shot the entire opening for some reason down to the contestant interviews. puckguy14, care to elaborate?

Is Puget Sound a well known nickname for the Seattle-ish area? That was a puzzle I probably wouldn't have even gotten with the whole thing revealed (I doubt I'd have pronounced it with the soft g).

Having into account that the Final Spin was $800 you may be right. The BR puzzle was fairly easy... With RSTLNE I thought that it was MAKING A PIE, but when Erik picked M and it wasn't in the puzzle I wondered what it could be... Since I remembered that you can also say BAKING A PIE. Anyway, congratulations! It was a good show, except for the poor Peggy. At least she didn't end up winning the pity thousand.

^I also noticed that... I forgot to mention it.
Red's flapper stared out on $800 and the final spin ended up on $800. I bet they reshot the opening sequence for some reason. That'd be weird shooting the opening after the winner has already been determined...

^ Surely they had some problems or they didn't like the results. Last time that I was on "La Ruleta" they had to record again the entry about two or three times just after finishing the show because they felt that the beginning didn't fit the rest of the show, which they said that was "so strong".

Alrighty, now that I'm back from vacation I can sit and talk about my show, FINALLY! Let it be said, I've had to replay the show even after my viewing party because everything went by so quickly. I couldn't remember my exact puzzles! I'll do my best to answer all the comments!

Felt awful for Peggy. Glad she picked up the speed-up puzzle, for the life of me I couldn't get Drugstore out of my head but saw the B on the used letter board and called that. Brugstore?! Oh crap!! Bzzz! Glad she got $5400! So, my guess is that the wheel wasn't centered when they put the $2500 and Pacific Northwest wedges on.

But thrilled all three of us got something. Charleen and Peggy were great fellow contestants, and more so great people. Our whole day of episodes, everyone was so excited!

R1: I knew it but that darn Bankrupt. R2: I had a feeling the theme was somehow in there, and once I got the Pacific NW trip, I wanted to solve it right away to secure a half car. R3: Once I was hopping on, I was on it for good. Made sure of the puzzle by calling U. R4: I should've had this one but way to go Peggy! BR: Would've been guessing after RSTLNE, but +3+1 helped. Used the G for maybe another one up there, A was up there for sure so I used to see if I can get multiples.
