When I go to my profile page, there's a small yellow bar there that says 15%. What does that mean?

Uh-oh...I think that means it's a warning label. I've gotten that before. Might wanna ask one of the admins.

This is the kind of matter that should be handled privately, not posted publicy...especially since other members can't see it.
We hand those out to people who break the rules.
