Here's a partial episode from either late 1993 or 1994.
Ben Fong-Torres: From San Francisco, CA (his occupation wasn't mentioned, but he mentions that he wrote an autobiography)
John Dousey: Actor and substitute teacher from Los Angeles, CA
Melisa Arnold-Taylor: 1-day champion from Inglewood, CA with $41,149 (won a trip around the world)
Round 1 ($1,000 and the SURPRISE added) - PHRASE

TURNABOUT IS FAIR PLAY solved by Ben for $1,450.
Gameplay Notes:
*Melisa got $1,000 with a B, but then hit LOSE A TURN.
Scores so far:
Ben: $1,450
John: $0
Melisa: $0
Pre-Round 2 Prize on the Wheel: trip to Walt Disney World worth $4,996 (oddly marked "ORLANDO" on the Wheel)
Round 2 ($2,500) - WHERE ARE WE?

HAMILTON PINK BEACHES BRITISH ISLAND solved by John for $1,100 and the Disney World trip (immediately picked up with 3 S'). He adds another $500 by correctly guessing BERMUDA as the place, so he wins $1,600 that round.
Gameplay Notes:
*After picking up the Disney World trip, John did some work before missing with a Y. Thankfully, he got his turn back.
*Melisa picked up the Free Spin with a D. After doing a lot of work, she hit LOSE A TURN and used her Free Spin to redeem herself, but later missed with a G when there was just the P and K left.
*Ben immediately missed with an F, also when there was just the P and K left. (The PINK part stumped me too.)
Scores so far:
Ben: $1,450
John: $6,596
Melisa: $0
Round 3 ($3,500) - QUOTATION

LIVE FROM NEW YORK IT'S STATURDAY NIGHT solved by Ben for $3,250 (including $1,000 with a K).
Gameplay Note:
*Melisa immediately cashed in $2,000 with a pair of S', then got $10,500 with 3 T's. But after doing some work, she hit LOSE A TURN to leave behind $13,300. Ouch.
Scores so far:
Ben: $4,700
John: $6,596
Melisa: $0
Pre-Round 4 Prize on the Wheel: chrysoprase and diamond bow pin worth $6,000 (marked "PIN" on the Wheel)
Round 4 ($5,000) - BEFORE & AFTER
_ R _ _ _ _ _ T _ N G
F _ R / G _ _ _
T _ _ T _
With this showing after some gameplay (including John picking up the SURPRISE with a pair of G's and the pin with an F), speed-up mode commences for $300 apiece.
Unfortunately, the video ends with Ben calling the P's and this showing:
_ R _ S _ _ _ T _ N G
F _ R / G _ L _
T _ _ T _
The puzzle is (I believe) PROSPECTING FOR GOLD TOOTH/TEETH.
Unfortunately for John, Ben seemed pretty confident when he called the P's, so I'm gonna assume that Ben solved the puzzle for $2,650 and prevented John from winning the pin and Surprise. That would have given Ben a winning total of $7,050 and John would have left with $6,596 including the Disney World trip and Melisa leaving with all her stuff from yesterday; however, this is just an assumption. Anything could have happened.
The Bonus Round Prizes were a car, a trip around the world (Melisa won this yesterday, as I said), a motorhome, and an unknown prize (probably jewelry or precious metals/gems).
I hope the rest of this episode surfaces.
