Recently here in the UK old gameshows that weren't on for ages have been revived for todays generation. The most common examples would be Catchphrase, Robot Wars and Fifteen to One, all great shows even with the many changes made to the personnel and atmosphere. This gives a renewed glimmer of hope for basically every cancelled game show, including Wheel of Fortune.
Wheel needs to make a comeback in the UK. It was a hit back when it first aired and Im sure it would be a hit today. The main changes that have to be made, though, are the increase in budget (since the prize limits are gone), add some cash to the wheel (there were no money spaces on the UK Wheel), and some variety such as vacation prizes and mystery wedges.
Do you think it would work? Or would it flop? Would like to hear your opinions
