So it's not called Monster Rally, but whoever told me this was close. It's called Remote Rally. Although I forgot the name initially, I remember some of this game's maze and the lines you had to cross. Based on the title that I was originally told, I thought it would be a R/C Monster Patrol you had to drive. Instead it's a Mazda Miata. Seeing this video reminded me of the pit as well. Be careful of the pit!
