Many of you who have used the compendium before know that there was a handy search feature available on the site that allowed you to search for puzzles and such throughout the compendium.
We are trying to get a similar feature set up for the new site, but so far we haven't been able to.
There is a light at the end of the tunnel, however: The search buttons at the bottom of every page (like the ones you see here on BAV) are run through Google. For Google to accurately search information, the pages need to:
A. Be on their servers (this is why the old site had it easy in that regard)
B. Have traffic (we just opened it up on Saturday)
C. Have an easy access route for their bots to get through (again, hasn't existed since Saturday)
So far, I've tested the search feature on the compendium many times, and I finally am getting the front page to pop up...and that's about it. Hopefully, the more it gets used, the greater the chance other pages will start to show up.
So don't worry that you're not able to search the compendium as easily right now. With time, it'll start to work again.
