This episode carries a 1990 copyright, so this is from 1990. Perhaps it taped in late 1989 and aired in early 1990

These Goen episodes aren't as bad as I thought they'd be. Yes, the wheel values are extremely cheap but the puzzle writing is good. Goen is also a pretty good host.
