Seen on GSN a few times circa mid 90s, Andrew Hunt has posted an early syndicated episode from Fall 1983($100 is in the space where the $1000 usually is in round one), on their Youtube page. See it before Sony does.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is from the first week of syndication. In fact, it has to be, not just because of two $100 spaces in Round 1, but that Around the World trip offered in the first syndicated episode is still present here.

Wasn't expecting that pan shot of the audience for the Ticket Plug.

Another thing to notice is that a contestant did not lose the Prize to a Bankrupt, which implies that early in the show's syndicated run, the only way contestants can lose the Prize is if they're not the one who solves that round's puzzle.

All right. I checked the Wiki, and what I meant by first week was the week of September 19. I could be wrong on that. This could be from the first first week, meaning the week of September 5 if not the following week, the week of September 12. The September 19 show had prizes totaling over $85,000. This episode had only $67,000 worth of prizes to offer.

Wasn't expecting that pan shot of the audience for the Ticket Plug. Nor the address being that of NBC Studios. Every other ticket plug I've seen of that era has used the address of the TAV Celebrity Theater (where the main offices of Merv Griffin Productions/Enterprises were).

I thought at first that Pat simply forgot to take the prize wedge from Pam after she hit Bankrupt, but later in the round (just after the commercial break), he talks about her still having it and that she may win it. So I guess the prize indeed wasn't lost to Bankrupt in the early days.
