Season 35 Taping/Airing Schedule

We don't know yet, but it will probably be Great America(n) Cities since Wheel Across America is taping the day after and paired tapings almost-always use the same set. It's also the earliest week by air date that hasn't been taped yet.

By the way, this isn't the first time Great American Cities will be done as a theme not dedicated to a specific city (AKA "fake remote"). It was previously done for the week of February 28, 2011 in Season 28, though it was basically a renamed America's Game week, as it was a sixth-episode week.


No updates as of lately on future weeks, but dear Lord, I hope they don't do Big Money Week again this season, even though they're probably so underbudget they could afford to do it with the once-traditional increased stakes given all the big losses we've had so far this season.

Big Money Week had been done annually from Seasons 17-22, then returned in Seasons 28-29, then again in Seasons 33-34. In the past, there was usually a higher-stakes gimmick added. Its return in Season 28 was taped on location in Las Vegas but with no gimmick. When they did it in Season 29, they added $65K, $75K, and $85K to the Bonus Wheel for that week only. The gimmick backfired - not only were none of them ever hit, but the week had two $100K losses, one of which would have been the then-first million loss had the winner not lost the Million Dollar Wedge during the main game. The theme took another hiatus after that before returning possibly annually since Season 33.

Since its return in Season 33, there have been no added gimmicks and the theme is strictly regarding money-themed puzzles. Reportedly, the contestants taping for Season 33's version were surprised to hear that nothing would be different in gameplay.

Per a listings update, a few of the upcoming weeks have changed:


February 5-9 has been corrected to Great American Cities (formerly Great America Cities without the N).

February 26-March 2 is now Winter Hideaway (formerly Always Great: Wheel & V8), one week before Leave Winter Behind.

March 19-23 is now Beaches Resorts Family Week (formerly Shopping Spree).

Another doubles week in Orlando? That's a bit meh.

I noticed what they did for Great American Cities week
Took all the cities they did previous seasons
And put them in one week

I thought of the 2nd Disney World week lol.
