I've seen the default "web search" page, and I've seen the "account suspended" message. I haven't seen this one before, and I don't think I've seen an outage last beyond 72 hours.

As of this morning, golden-road.net is back up and running. It has been down before in the past, but the week or so it was down is about as long as I can remember it being down. No word given on the site as to why it was down.
