I've always thought the "&" should always be used in SAME NAME puzzles instead of spelling out "AND".
Here's the question: Should TITLE/AUTHOR, SONG/ARTIST, STAR & ROLE not use "BY" and "AS" anymore.
I mean, you KNOW it's going to be in the puzzle. Should they just format it like this:
IT/
STEPHEN KING
THE GAMBLER/
KENNY ROGERS
JUDY GARLAND/
DOROTHY GALE
