I'm currently working on artwork for "A Friend or Foe Christmas" and thought it would be a good time to give those of you who don't follow me on social media a quick look at some of the wedges I made for the last Wheel Game Night(Themed for a Friend's birthday month). I also did something very cheeky to the Free Play wedge(original design by MarioGS). A look at the uncensored version posted on my wheel can be found on my Instagram page and I can also send it to anyone who wants it on theirs.
It was simple to make these via Mac Preview/Pages. Saving, layering, bring to front, move to back. This was my first attempt at making such artwork and now that I see that I am capable of it, I'll start making more. The only problem I have is that when I don't have enough ink, I send these to printers. Some days, they measure out to the 10" I want just fine. Some days, it comes up too short. The Playboy Wedge I had to cut out, trace glitter cardstock for the actual wedge size and glue it onto there and laminate. Not the best looking which is why I did not show a preview of it on the Wheel.
Prize valued at $10,000, placed on the Wheel in R2
Prize valued at $7500, placed on the Wheel in R1
Free Play In Pink(The one we laminated/used)
Free Play In Pineapple Orange/Yellow
Censored version of Free Play on The Wheel...
Super Extra Selfie with Wheel and Free Play...
A few more notes:
-In our game, we only do one Tossup worth $3000 to determine who starts the game.
-The puzzles range from anything traditionally Wheel of Fortune, to Modern, to Adult, to Politically Incorrect.
-1/2 Cars, MDW were scrapped due to time constraints/usefulness. In their place, a second prize has been added to the Wheel.
-$2500 has also been scrapped. Top dollar is $3500 for Rounds 1/2, $5000 for Rounds 3/4.
-To save on time, Bonus Round is not played.
-The night is one big tournament. Winner usually gets a $25 Visa Gift Card. Runners up receive kitschy prizes. All winners are slated to return in January/February for the Tournament of Champions final.
-If you're ever doing a Wheel party themed for adults 21+, the Royal Gelatin company makes Frozen Themed Gelatin that, if you look at it, works out to all the Big Money Spaces: $2500, $3500, $5000. You can find them at any Walmart. The $5000/Summer Berry Punch/"The Clear Ones" are the most favored. Here's a bundle of the three sold on Amazon.com...

I think that's it. Also, if you live near my neck of the woods, please let me know. You're invited!
