Easter was MArch 31 in 1991 and the Payless sale ended on March 30th, and Bob mentioned in the second episode that it was Easter week, so this is from the week of March 25-29, 1991.

Also of note(well, a small note): In the wake of more Bob Goen NBC WOF turning up, Tvrepeater this morning has posted an episode of the show that caused daytime WOF moving from CBS back to NBC, the Barbara Deangelis' half hour talk show, to their Youtube page.
