Always good to see more from you. As for which layout would be better, I'd pick the first one only because the Bankrupt would omit the sole $600. However, the only change I would make is to the green $100 next to $700. I'd up that to $300 just to keep the layout in sync with the 1987 Junior Edition layout.
I myself have been having thoughts about restructuring the Disney layout. Even though it was next to Bankrupt, having $700 next to Free Spin on the 2008 layout seemed a little imbalanced to me.

This would be a good layout if daytime Wheel was still on. I would replace the pink 100 with a sparkly wedge (1500 in round 1, 2000 in rounds 2 and 3, and 2500 in round 4). I would also make the red 100 a 600, the purple 500 a 350, the pink 400 a 450, the purple 200 a 550, and the green 100 a 300 or 500. Speaking of the red 400, in round 2, that would be covered by the Jackpot wedge.
