Dennis Sacca has posted the first 8 and a half minutes of a November 1990(he claims that's when it aired) episode of Goen WOF to his Youtube page, probably taped off WCAU(then CBS, now NBC) as he was from the Philly area at the time.

Bumping because I need help identifying the car seen behind the host's area. I have lists of the Bonus Round prizes offered during pretty much every week of the Goen era thanks to someone who watched the show and took notes back then, but I've never been good at identifying cars and the Google searches I tried didn't help.

SuperSweeper's pretty good at identifying cars on modern episodes. What say you?

SuperSweeper 's pretty good at identifying cars on modern episodes. What say you? Unfortunately, I couldn't tell you specifically. It's either a Mitsubishi Mirage, Eagle Summit, Dodge Colt, or a Plymouth Colt.

Unfortunately, I couldn't tell you specifically. It's either a Mitsubishi Mirage, Eagle Summit, Dodge Colt, or a Plymouth Colt. Believe it or not, you just helped me pin down the exact week. Thanks to the available surrounding episodes, I'd narrowed the week down to between August 20 and December 10, also eliminating October 15 (Johnny Gilbert filled in that week; Charlie is announcing in this clip) and November 26 (which was repeats, as was the week of December 17). Of the four cars you mention, only the Mirage was offered during that period, and then only during a single week - October 29. (Interestingly, it's also the Mirage's only listing in these notes.) On a side note, I checked these notes for the other three cars you mentioned. The Summit is listed in four weeks (all 1989), whereas neither Colt is listed at all.
