So, for financial reasons, I have no TV service right now. Is there anyway I can watch Wheel online through streaming, on tape delay? I have internet and a TV, but I’ve paused my Dish service for the time being and I really can’t afford an antenna either. Thanks!

There are a couple of legal sites that you can watch live shows on, including Wheel. They're meant for non-US territories, but they're not IP-restricted.
There's also a YouTube channel that has been uploading episodes from this season within a couple days after they air, albeit in low quality. Surprised Sony hasn't taken it down yet.
