The version used for using 650, 850, and even 950, not to mention 1350 and 1600 as Wheel values (along with bandits and skull-and-crossbone figures for Bankrupts) is coming back this spring.
Sorry, there's no audio here, but the video will prove the show will return, and with host Jethro Rostedt and hostess Sara Sieppi on TV5.

Just saw a promo, and there is a lot to check out here. The Wheel layout may no longer have a completely patterned color scheme like it used to, but if you look closely, there are still some interesting patterns to notice. the Rosvo (robber), Ohi, and 50-200 spaces are the same as their respective spaces on the other side of the Wheel while the bigger values vary. In addition, the top euro value appears to be the only cash space to change value from round to round. At the end of the promo, you'll notice it's 400. That may be the top value for Round 1. In later rounds, it's valued at 550 (possibly) and 700 (for sure). I don't know if there will be any other values, but there may be. http://instagr.am/p/Be3Nh-1nZNq As for the letters at the middle of the Rosvo and Ohi spaces, they spell out the word "Sektori" which means sector. Also, if you look closely at one of the clips, specifically the one where the gentleman in the red podium spins the Wheel, you may notice the possibility of the top euro value for that round being 550. You may also notice what appear to be two gray spaces, which certainly don't appear to look the same, but that doesn't mean that neither of them are Mystery wedges. Both could be special prizes or elements or what not, but I'm sure we'll find out within a couple weeks as the show starts February 28. Yes, I know it's a Wednesday. That's why I checked as many sources as I could to be absolutely sure it was then and not on a Monday. Even TV5's site says it's the 28th.

Just as long as they limit the number of Ohi spaces to 1 or 2 (same for Rosvo).
Don't let it become a Lose A Turn festival like I bet it would have been in the middle of its old run. It's nothing to brag about when you've got 4 Lose A Turns on the one half of the wheel. :taunt:

Yeah, one out of four chance of losing your turn, including the Bankrupt spaces? I can see where you're coming from on that. Anyway, I got a couple promos here, one of them being the promo I showed you earlier but in much higher quality.
And as it turns out, that one top-value wedge is indeed valued at 550 euros. As far as I know, Finland never used 550 as a playable value before. Now I still don't know what those two grey wedges are for, but at least we know more thanks to the higher quality.

Another shot of the premiere episode surfaced, and it looks like the top value for Round 2 is not 550 euros like I thought it was. It's only 450, which leads me to firmly believe the top-value structure is 400/450/550/700. Plus, only one of those two silver wedge appears. I don't know whether or not that's because this photo was taken after the round ended and a second silver wedge was picked up. There's also a possibility that it's a wedge completely different from the other two silver wedges seen in Round 3. Anyway, have a look at the photo and see for yourselves. http://instagram.com/p/Bf9PCzVBqNk

I found out some information about one of those silver wedges after seeing a partial view of it on a video over at Instagram (a picture of which can be seen below). I had to do some work, but it paid off. It's a wedge marked Suomen Sähkötuonti Oy. After doing some more research, I learned that Suomen Sähkötuonti Oy is a company that imports and distributes home electronics and appliances in Finland. It doesn't appear to be a retailer like Noel Leeming, which was featured on the more recent version of New Zealand's version of Wheel. So with all that said, I can imagine this wedge offers prizes distributed by Suomen Sähkötuonti Oy, whether they'd be refrigerators, gas grills, vacuum cleaners, or what not. In addition, I'm strongly certain that Suomen Sähkötuonti Oy is somehow involved with sponsorship when it comes to Onnenpyörä.

A shot of another one of those special wedges surfaced on Instagram, and it's something that both MarioGS and I can relate to. Why you, Robert? Because you were on a cruise-themed episode and won two cruises. Why me? Because I like ocean liners and cruise ships. Besides, these types of ships can be just as colorful as the Wheel itself. Anyway, here's the wedge. It's for the Eckerö Line which operates cruiseferries. In addition, there's also a 500-euro wedge, a top value that I haven't seen before on the current version. Since there are five different top-euro values (400, 450, 500, 550, and 700), I'm now left to wonder if the show is on for an hour.
Also, since there seems to be a problem with displaying the image of the prize wedge in my previous post (there's apparently a server issue involved), here's another view of it.

You can watch episodes of Onnenpyora VIP via a Finnish website called Ruutu. I just used a free VPN. You can use Opera if you want, and the VPN just needs to be set to Europe. (Jakso means 'episode')
It is a good show lol

Just found out that the Rosvo spaces from 1998 have different faces.
