Really busy today and not feeling well. Just going to post a screenshot of my notes of what I've got for Draft pre-emptions so far, including all West Coast stations impacted tonight, and at least two East Coast ones.
Blank cells mean Wheel is not affected on that day.
If the Draft overruns, KOMO Seattle's airings might slide back or get JIP'd because it's right after a half hour newscast after the Draft. I expect KATU Portland's airings will be JIP'd as well since their post-Draft scheduling is exactly the same as NBA Saturdays, where everything but Wheel (including two infomercials) slide back and air in their entirety.

Round 1 of the Draft ran more than half an hour over to about 12:07 AM ET/9:07 PM PT. Wheel will most definitely be cut off or skipped in markets that put it after news, and KATU likely won't air it at all and will overwrite with the latter 23 minutes of J! after their infomercials finish.
Even KABC might JIP it since they had a full hour of news scheduled after the Draft, but I know in the past they've shortened their newscasts to not interfere with later airings of J!/WOF, unlike their sports postgame shows.
Wheel is pre-empted on all ABC affiliates on Friday due to Rounds 2-3 of the NFL Draft starting at 7:00 PM Eastern. Rounds 4-7 air Saturday from 12:00-7:00 PM Eastern, potentially running into Wheel's weekend time slot. Any text for the Bonus Round solution will be accepted on the Home Sweet Home sweepstakes entry form due to the pre-emptions.
The following ABC stations are known to be airing Friday's Wheel on an alternate station at its regular time. Saturday's rerun will air at the normal time, Draft time permitting.

All West Coast ABC stations have Wheel scheduled at the following times in primetime. However, some of these airings, especially the ones marked with ! , may slide back, get joined in progress, or get skipped entirely if the Draft runs past 8:30 PM Pacific Time, due to being immediately or shortly after the Draft or a local newscast.

The following ABC stations will be airing the weekend/Saturday rerun at a different time than usual, or not at all, due to being pre-empted either by a delayed airing of Friday's new episode, or by a post-Draft local newscast. Rows marked in red are not airing Wheel at all on Friday or Saturday/Sunday.
Other than ABC, tonight's rerun is pre-empted on some East Coast NBC stations due to the Kentucky Derby scheduled until 7:30 Eastern, so 7:00 airings are gone. Some 7:30/6:30 Central airings are still on the schedule, but others are replaced with local news. This episode's champion, hosh, watches on KWWL in Iowa which does have it on the schedule. Hopefully the Derby doesn't run over.
It is also pre-empted on FOX stations due to PBC Boxing, followed by a rerun of this week's The Masked Singer. Usually, when any FOX primetime reruns are after a sporting event that runs long, it gets joined in progress on the East Coast, rather than slid back. I believe the Mountain and Pacific stations air it in its entirety after the event, however. KDVR Denver has J!/WOF Weekend at 8:00 and 8:30 Mountain between the Masked Singer rerun and local news, so Wheel may still be impacted if Boxing runs 30+ minutes over.
Tuesday's Wheel is pre-empted on KSNW in Wichita, Kansas by a special on the Wichita Wind Surge home opener, the local Minor League Baseball team. Wheel will air at 1:07 AM Central.
Forgot to mention last weekend that the rerun was pre-empted on most FOX's due to an MLS Soccer game that started at 7:30 Eastern.
It was a Denver-themed episode from GAC Compilation week. Luckily, KDVR moved this episode to 8:30 PM Mountain and the game ended at about 8:10, so Wheel aired in its entirety.
Tonight's rerun is pre-empted on all NBC's due to a straight run of sports from 12-10 PM Eastern (Swimming, IndyCar racing, Preakness Stakes, NHL). Fortunately, all three contestants live in ABC markets. It's also pre-empted on WABC by an hour-long special on Asian heritage. It will air Sunday at 5:00 AM Eastern.

KVEO-DT2 in the Rio Grande Valley in Texas (CBS) did not air last Friday's episode (5/14) due to accidentally repeating Thursday's episode, according to a local viewer on their Facebook page. This person also reported that same mistake was made with Jeopardy! that day.
Tuesday's Wheel is pre-empted on this station due to a local special on SpaceX Starbase. Wheel will air at 12:37 AM Central.
The NBA playoffs and finals are coming up. Wheel will be impacted on West Coast ABC affiliates on the following days, only one of which has a new episode.
Saturday, May 22 (rerun of 3/24/20; S37 Gone Fishin', Day 2)
Friday, May 28 (Great Escapes, Day 5)
Saturday, June 12 (rerun of 4/22/20; S37 Surfin' Safari, Day 3)
Fortunately, the season finale week is not impacted this year. Many of the games will be only on ESPN or TNT, which is now part of the broadcasting deal. Most of the ABC games are on Sundays.
The 2021 NBA Finals will be later than usual this year. The dates have not been determined yet, but it will be sometime in July, with the latest possible date being Thursday, July 22. At least the deciding game (probably all of them) will be aired on ABC, but Wheel will be in reruns then.
In addition to West Coast ABC's by NBA, tomorrow's rerun (a three-peat) is pre-empted on West Coast NBC's by NHL, and on all FOX's by MLB. Fortunately, all of the contestants are from East Coast non-FOX markets.
Also, WABC New York is airing Wheel at 2:00 PM Eastern tomorrow due to a special on Broadway's reopening.

I forgot that CBS had PGA until 7:00 Eastern today. Of course, it ran over. Programming on the East Coast didn't start until 7:20, so some 7:30 airings of Wheel will only get the latter 10 minutes if anything due to local news. This affects Marianna (red) since she watches on WSBT in South Bend, Indiana, a CBS station that airs Wheel at 7:00.
There were some bizarre technical difficulties on KDVR Denver last night. (cc: bevy)
At 6:00 PM Mountain, the first segment of Jeopardy! aired with no sound. After the first commercial break, the show switched to Wheel starting with Round 2, which aired from about 6:07-6:30. Since Wheel technically already aired, Seinfeld aired at 6:30 instead. KDVR announced that J! would re-air at 10:35 PM (replacing Seinfeld, likely the episode that ended up replacing Wheel's normal slot). I don't know if they followed that with a re-airing of Wheel in its entirety, but I imagine they didn't since the majority of the show did air.
Also, forgot to mention, KDVR did not air last weekend's J!/WOF reruns because of the MLB game on FOX running over an hour longer than scheduled, pre-empting the game shows which were scheduled right afterwards at 8:00 and 8:30. This is also their scheduling for next Saturday, so Wheel probably won't be seen its entirety then, and J! most definitely won't be.
