There were some bizarre technical difficulties on KDVR Denver last night. At 6:00 PM Mountain, the first segment of Jeopardy! aired with no sound. After the first commercial break, the show switched to Wheel starting with Round 2, which aired from about 6:07-6:30. Since Wheel technically already aired, Seinfeld aired at 6:30 instead. KDVR announced that J! would re-air at 10:35 PM (replacing Seinfeld, likely the episode that ended up replacing Wheel's normal slot). I don't know if they followed that with a re-airing of Wheel in its entirety, but I imagine they didn't since the majority of the show did air. Correction: Monday's Wheel aired in its entirety on KDVR from 6:05-6:35, presumably with Seinfeld JIP'd afterward. |

^ I already mentioned WROC and Saturday FOX MLB on the previous page. WSYT in Syracuse Will not air Saturday's wheel at all according to TVPASSPORT and Their Website That's because Syracuse is one of the few markets where Saturday Wheel airs on a different station than the weekday episodes. The Saturday reruns air on WSYT-DT3 (MyNetworkTV), not WSYT (FOX). This Saturday's airing will air on DT3 just fine. It's literally at the top of the website's schedule. Sometimes it does get pre-empted on there with local broadcasts of Yankees or Mets games, but when it does, it usually moves to a slot before or after the game.  Are There any Preemptions for Wednesday's Episode? I don't know. I no longer search every single affiliate every week. It took too much time and negative energy out of me. I only post what I find out on social media, and I don't know of anything affecting Wheel tomorrow, but that doesn't mean somebody out there might have a special planned, or somebody might have to air severe weather coverage. |

On Saturday June 5, Wheel is Preempted on all NBCs due to sports from 12-10 P.M. ET Again
(French open, LPGA, Belmont Stakes, and NHL). It is also Preempted on All FOXs By MLB.
Wheel Will still be impacted on KDVR if MLB Runs 30+ minutes over

I forgot that CBS had PGA until 7:00 Eastern today. Of course, it ran over. Programming on the East Coast didn't start until 7:20, so some 7:30 airings of Wheel will only get the latter 10 minutes if anything due to local news. This affects Marianna (red) since she watches on WSBT in South Bend, Indiana, a CBS station that airs Wheel at 7:00. Another PGA Game is on Saturday May 29 Again! If it overruns, 7:00 et wheel airings will be Affected. Also it will be affected if replaced by a newscast |

Check yourself. boston.cbslocal.com/program-guide/ Knowing them, they probably have another offseason Pats All Access coming up, but I can't be bothered to confirm that now. Or go to the Zap2It link I posted earlier and use zip code 02134 ("Send it to Zoom!"). This goes for any other market/station you want to check. Stop asking about every individual affiliate and just look up its zip code, plug it into Zap2It, and go down the list to see if any Wheel airings in the next two weeks are skipped or at different times. It took me two hours to do this for all 200+ markets every Monday, back when I used to check every station in S37 and half of 38. If you want to take over, knock yourself out, but lighten up on the number of posts. |

I'm not liking KABC putting Wheel right after their postgame show, which always runs a full 60 minutes. There is a good chance tonight's contestants will miss a portion of their appearance. They should have put J! first, since they're not LA exclusive anymore, and if at least half of it is missed, re-air the ep on Saturday. If Wheel gets JIP'd tonight, it will be the second time this season it happened on KABC. The first time was on Christmas, where the ep began near the end of R1, and KABC did not re-air the episode. The host of Slam Dunk confirmed on Twitter that the show will not run past 9:00 if NBA runs long, ensuring Wheel will air in its entirety this time. Probably helps that the Lakers and Warriors aren't involved in this game. |

Also it will be affected if replaced by a newscast Fortunately, it did not overrun this time, so most East CBS Wheel airings were fine, although WBNS Columbus, as usual, put local news at 7:00, slid Jeopardy! to 7:30, and bumped Wheel to 12:30 AM Monday. If MLB Overruns past 8:30 P.M MT again, KDVR Will not Air Wheel At All And that happened tonight, with the game ending around 8:54 MT and FOX postgame running until 9:00. KDVR aired the Giants/Dodgers game. WTWO, the NBC affiliate in Terre-Haute, Indiana, does not have any planned Wheel pre-emptions on weekdays for the next two weeks. However, they will not be airing the June 5 rerun at all due to NBC sports coverage lasting all day, as this user mentioned earlier. Oh! Speaking of WBZ, There is A program called phantom gourmet! Will WBZ air Weekend wheel and Jeopardy!? is a program local to New England produced by WBZ and WSBK. It's been running since 2003. It appears to have both 30 and 60-minute episodes. The show normally airs one 30-minute episode on WBZ Saturday nights at 11:35 PM, and two 60-minute episodes on WSBK Sunday mornings at 10:00 and 11:00 AM. Two additional 30-minute episodes were aired tonight on WBZ at 7:00 and 7:30 PM in place of WOF/J! Weekend for unknown reasons (no mention on their Facebook page of this). The game shows did not air at all. They are still on the schedule for next Saturday, however. (I thought "Phantom Gourmet" was one of those all-purpose-cooker infomercials)Going back to MLB on FOX pre-empting Saturday Wheel, I didn't search all of the Wheel FOX's (even though this user demanded me to in a now-deleted post), but I did search WDAF Kansas City for a friend and saw that on Saturdays with MLB, Wheel airs quite early at 12:30 PM Central. Also, WPXI Pittsburgh is still airing Weekend Wheel at 4:00 AM Saturday mornings due to their local Penguins show 11 on the Ice. I might as well declare this Wheel's permanent weekend slot since it's aired there almost every weekend since the start of the season. Although now that the Penguins are out of the playoffs, maybe this will change, though listings still have Wheel listed at both 4:00 AM and 7:30 PM each Saturday until the latter usually changes to 11 on the Ice sometime during the week. |

ATTN: NYC market viewersThe NYC Big Three will be rotating broadcasts of NYC mayoral debates in the coming weeks, one of which will affect Wheel this week. The full lineup of televised debates thus far is as follows. Wed, June 2:
- Debate will air on WABC from 7-9 PM, pre-empting Jeopardy!, Wheel of Fortune, and a new episode of Press Your Luck.
- Most TV listings and WABC's site schedule have the debate scheduled for only 7-8 with PYL following it, but articles on WABC's site claim it will run from 7-9.
- The Wed-Fri episodes of Jeopardy! and Wheel will air on a one-day delay. The Saturday reruns will air at 5:00 and 5:30 AM Saturday morning, with Friday's episodes airing at the usual 7:00 and 7:30 PM.
- Since Press Your Luck is still listed on most sources, it is unknown when, or if, Wednesday's episode will air.
Thursday, June 3:- Debate will air on WPIX (CW) from 8-9 PM, pre-empting a rerun of Walker, which will not be made up.
Thursday, June 10: - Debate will air on WCBS and its independent sister station WLNY from 7-8 PM, pre-empting Inside Edition and Entertainment Tonight on WCBS and two episodes of Last Man Standing on WLNY.
- Inside Edition will air at 2:07 AM and Entertainment Tonight at 2:37 AM.
Wednesday, June 16:- Debate will air on WNBC from 7-8 PM, pre-empting local news and Access Hollywood, which will not be made up.
While going through the listings for these shows, I noticed that both of my local NBC stations, WNBC and WVIT, both O&O's, are pre-empting Access Hollywood at 7:30 on Thursday and Friday, June 17-18, but it doesn't say what for, so I don't know if this is going to be a national thing (which would mean Wheel pre-emptions in several markets), or if it's local or for the O&O's only (KNSD San Diego is an O&O and does carry Wheel, and they have done the "move J! to Wheel's slot" move in the past). Tuesday's Wheel is pre-empted on WVEC in Norfolk, Virginia (ABC) due to the Virginia Gubernatorial Debate tonight at 7:00 PM Eastern. Wheel will air at 1:06 AM. This is the only Big Four station in Virginia that is airing the debate.
