Week 13 - December 6-10: Disney Secret Santa (I) Week 14 - December 13-17: Disney Secret Santa (II) Week 15 - December 20-24: Happy Holidays! Week 16 - December 27-31: (No theme)
This is why we watch. Not only for the gut punch, but the random acts of insanity that make you cheer for total strangers, the brothers doing "YMCA," or the wife jumping into her husbands arms which led to the greatest ad lib between Pat & Vanna, etc, etc, etc).
There's a reason this show has been on so long.
I'll never quit watching. Hopefully, you won't either.
Finally taking a break from California, Great American Cities week, despite being the "one city per day" version, will have all contestants from the respective cities, which they usually only do for entire weeks devoted to a city. So far, it is known that Wednesday the 20th will salute D.C. and Thursday the 21st will salute South Florida.
EDIT: Tuesday is Chicago.
inb4 some bonehead decided to do Nashville on Tuesday and/or Boston on Friday

Disney Secret Santa is taping October 13. Presumably, the second week will tape the 14th and Happy Holidays! the 15th.
For Secret Santa, Jim's podium is by the board and has a Mickey wreath on the front. This is also the first known S39 week to not use the generic set, whether outright or covered with murals.
The other Secret Santa week is taping today. I don't see why it wouldn't be in order, but we'll be able to confirm if this is the first or second week based on Vanna's red dress in this picture (partial puzzle spoiler):
San Francisco will be a GAC as well (no surprise since several contestants this season and last have come down from there). We don't know whether it's Monday or Friday yet. WXIA in Atlanta accidentally aired the promo for this episode early on 10/15.

Remember that Boston, Nashville, and Denver all pre-empt Wheel at least once a week during football season: Nashville on Tuesdays, Denver on Thursdays, and Boston on Fridays. Considering the affiliates have been promoting their city's respective episodes this week, it makes sense that they wouldn't want these cities promoting the show when it only airs four days a week this time of year.
