Two season 28 episodes have a long credit roll, and those originally aired on January 11, 2011 (Picture Perfect Day 2) and February 24, 2011 (Sand & Sea Day 4). I don't have the full episodes from those dates in season 24.

Here's an Internet Archive link to the credits from February 24, 2011 (Lori/Jenny/Jared). VTR date is unknown. This non-HQ version is a camcorder recording of the episode's credits, taped off KHOU (CBS) in Houston, TX with a camcorder, on what I guess is the weekend rerun date of Saturday, November 26, 2011 (two days after Thanksgiving). Unfortunately, this is a non-HQ copy of the credits from the KHOU Saturday rerun. You can also see the episode-specific thread in The Video Vault. Four confirmed full credit roll dates are:
January 11, 2011 (Season 28 Picture Perfect Day 2)
February 24, 2011 (Season 28 Sand & Sea Week Day 4)
December 12, 2011 (Season 29 Sandals Golf Getaway Day 1)
March 2, 2017 (Season 34 Teen Best Friends Day 4)
I don't have the 1/11/2011 credit roll or the HQ versions of the credit rolls from 2/24/2011 and 12/12/2011. I have only partial credits from 12/12/2011, starting after a credit squeeze from what I guess is WPLG-10 (ABC) in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
I officially have a copy of the 3/2/2017 credits now, on the Internet Archive in case you have an IA account.

I normally don't request full episodes to be uploaded, but if you still have season 28 episodes from 2011 with a full credit roll, such as the one from February 24, 2011 (which is Sand & Sea Day 4), they can be uploaded to Google Drive and/or the Internet Archive, and you can post a Google Drive link to each episode that you upload to Google Drive.

November 15, 1991 (nighttime) may have had a full credit roll and I remember seeing it at the end of a YouTube video before Sony Pictures had YouTube take it down in the summer of 2011.

Here's the first reply in a while.
More confirmed full credit roll dates:
- September 22, 1992 (when the 1992 theme played in its entirety during the closing)
- October 30, 1995 (when the 1994 theme played in its entirety during the closing)
I don't know any other dates when any Wheel theme played in its entirety during the closing before season 24 of the nighttime show.

The channel based on the syndicated Wheel launched at the start of August.
Some episodes of the very first Pluto TV episode package, such as the March 2, 2017 episode (Teen Best Friends Day 4), do have a full credit roll.
So the first Pluto TV episode rotation on the syndicated Wheel channel includes the last Teen Best Friends week so far, from season 34.

Adam should have next 2002 episodes of season 19 that have a long credit roll, such as the ones from 2/14/2002 (taped in Las Vegas) and 4/25/2002.
