Google finally has episode listings through AG2. October 17-21 is Fabulous Food and October 31-November 4 is European Vacation. The sixth episode of WOF XL is listed as America's Game, but I'm keeping the OP the way I have it for now. October 10-14 has no theme listed, but this could change. November 7-11 does not have a theme listed either, but we know that week is Veterans Week.

The first aired episode of Celebrity Wheel of Fortune has been put on TV listings, it's Amanda Seales/Snoop Dogg/Mark Duplass (#302).
They also added an airing for Thursday September 29th at 8 PM, though those contents haven't been revealed yet.
EDIT: Looks like it's going to be a new episode, first taped of the season even. Tiki Barber/Lauren Ash/Jim Jefferies (#301).

We’re counting off of production numbers. Production kept counting in Season 38 as if 195 episodes aired in Season 37.
Technically, because the last week of Season 13 probably only had four episodes and the season 194, it’s more likely that this is the 7,577th syndicated episode. However, I’m assuming the first sentence answers your question better.

CWOF Season 3's production numbers now go by taping order, possibly because that season will not have completed production by the time it starts airing, unlike Seasons 1 and 2, which both taped in their entirety before any episodes aired.
October 9 is #305: Nikki Glaser, Tig Notaro, and Thomas Lennon. Nikki posted several Instagram stories from the taping and a picture of the trio outside the studio, but removed them hours later.

Attention, Canadians: CWOF is no longer in sync with its US airings.
CWOF now airs Tuesdays (not Sundays) at 9:00 PM ET on CTV2 (not CTV as before), with whatever episode aired the previous Sunday in the US. Because of this, #301, tonight's "bonus episode", will not be airing on CTV2; #303 is confirmed to air October 4. #302 aired on September 27.
As with last season, reruns of the current season will also air on E! Canada starting this week, Fridays at 9:00 PM and Saturdays at 3:00-ish AM and 1:00 PM, all the same episode, so #301 will likely air on there before it airs on CTV2. The airing this Friday is confirmed to be #302, so they will not be going in production order.
And don't forget, reruns of CWOF Season 2 also currently air on GameTV, Thursdays at 8:00 PM and Fridays at 3:00 AM, as well as Sundays at 4:00 AM if there is time following their overnight movie.
