So first two weeks, the.... 6th week for some reason (really, that's random), New Year's, just after Valentine's (also a random week...).
I suppose there's a small chance the one unknown week is 6000th, we'll see.

Nobody knows what the Friday tapings are for ATM. New Year's is surely done. Rory, I've sent you a PM with what to look for and some advice about tapings, so check it out if you haven't already. Have fun tomorrow!

Have fun tomorrow! I apologize profusely, Mario. I didn't notice I had any messages until just when you mentioned that you did, and to Prizes, I've seen your Disney replies to my PM and I'll get to them soon enough. I'm reading now and will reply in a moment.

The front page of this thread says that the Saturday morning taping I'm going to is for "Taste of the Good Life." Does anyone know what tomorrow evening's taping would be? Are they finishing up New Year's or is that done? I'm pretty sure the New Year's week is done. It wouldn't be like them to spread a single week of five shows across two taping days...I hope. As for what today's tapings are for, Wheel's remained uncharacteristically tight-lipped on that front. If it's not the week of #S-6000 (which is way too early to do, but that didn't stop them the last three times), it'll likely be a "teams" week.

If it's not the week of #S-6000 (which is way too early to do, but that didn't stop them the last three times), it'll likely be a "teams" week. Fair enough. I wonder if it is #S-6000, then, if they're remaining silent like that. We're almost out the door to the Strip. It's early on this Friday morning, still only 11:16 (we'll probably leave at noon or 12:30), but we're either eating at a Cuban restaurant my mom found (we miss great Cuban food, having lived in Florida for years, and I know it won't be the same, but we're trying to find the closest possible), or Sports Deli at the Rio, next to the sports book, which has the best quesadillas I've had in Southern Nevada so far. And then? Either the Venetian or the Palazzo. We need time to look around after all. It's been a while. I think the last time we were there was onthe first day of early voting last October. We voted in a trailer behind the Mirage (the Mirage was our first casino when we arrived in Las Vegas as tourists for the first time in 2007), and then I wanted to go to Bauman Rare Books in the Palazzo, since they had a presidential exhibit (Presidential history, real and fictional, is one of the things I live for), and wandering around enough in both casinos got us closer tothat night's showtime for America's Got Talent in the Palazzo Theatre, so I bought the tickets for that show for all four of us, since the performers in that show were all from Mom's favorite season. And now we're back for "Wheel of Fortune," through either of them to the Sands Convention Center, adding to the countless incredible experiences we've already had here in only 10 months as residents, including, most recently, the second live broadcast of American Idol from the Beatles Love theater at the Mirage. I'm not a fan of the show, but I love watching behind-the-scenes stuff, so I was fine with going that time. As to Wheel of Fortune, how could I not? I've watched the show since I was a tyke (my mom's watched it since it started in 1975 with Woolery and Stafford. She was raised by her grandparents, and she remembered that Jeopardy! was for her grandfather, and Wheel of Fortune was for her grandmother. She's followed her grandmother), and also played the original Nintendo games when I was a kid (we had the original and the 25th Anniversary Edition), and played it on the Wii too (Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune were the first games we bought for it) so it's about time to see it in person. To those who have asked questions for me to bring along to pay close attention for the answers, I have them written down, I will memorize them on the way to the Venetian/Palazzo, and I will watch closely. And that's it. Time to get ready. I can't wait to see this!

germanname1990, players on Express can solve whenever they wish. They don't have to fill in the puzzle completely (or all the consonants, but why wouldn't you if you know the puzzle? ) Today's tapings are for "Valentine's Day" week (presumably February 10-14). Here's a video of teams rehearsing interviews. You can see Express on the Wheel, but it's only for practice. http://instagram.com/p/chUSr5g4K7 Well, this 99% surely means that the 6000th show won't be in Vegas (the only chance at this point is if they film a sixth show just for that day), but at least this means we're likely not having another Sandals Romance Week.

Thanks for the news about "Valentine's Day," Mario. My mom's psyched beyond measure since she is the romantic type, and this being her first time seeing the show being taped, well, you can't beat that.

Today's tapings are for "Valentine's Day" week (presumably February 10-14). Here's a video of teams rehearsing interviews. {snip} I was hoping "remains uncharacteristically silent on this taping" meant "something good", but I again expected too much of a braintrust that by all indications expended its one good idea for the season on a wedge that they shoved in the Trip Puzzle round. Also, could Wheel please go one entire set of road-show tapings without a "teams" week? Seriously. Still...let it be known that I called it being a "teams" week about 14 hours ago. Well, this 99% surely means that the 6000th show won't be in Vegas (the only chance at this point is if they film a sixth show just for that day), but at least this means we're likely not having another Sandals Romance Week. We'll take any small victories we can get. (Watch "Valentine's Day Week" and possibly tomorrow's taping be sponsored by Sandals. )

They "remain silent" on mostly every taping theme. I even tried to ask Amber Tubbs this morning and she replied "You won't get any spoiler info out of me! You'll have to tune in next season to find out. " We just couldn't find anything for today until now.

Some more Halloween set pics... I hope they went with the orange neon like in the second pic. Also, tape dates September 19 and 20 have been added. Looks like everyone gets a month off after this week.

Did they tape episodes yesterday or are they doing two weeks of Halloween themed shows?

They had more tapings yesterday. I don't know what the theme was (the only set pics yesterday were still Halloween. No way they're having two Halloween weeks) nor the air dates yet, but it was for the week fo October 7-11 and the sixth show was for November 6th. (source) Another tweet claims it was the 7th, but I believe this one more since she was a contestant guest.

According to this audience experience blog (pretty good read and spoiler-free), the sixth show for Halloween Week will air November 4th, right after the full week ends. In fact, there are only 4 Culver City weeks airing before the sixth episode week, so one sixth will air before its full week.

Also hints at varying Wheelmobile locations, too! Sweet...any way we can put those in, even if dates are unknown? Maybe like a fake date of February 30th? Edit redacted...personal life is personal life, unless you're in my circle (you are, Mario, it's just to be safe)...

I'd much rather wait until we get all the details to post about them. (Might go to that supposed Rhode Island one. )

A bit more info... The week of October 7-11 is Southern Hospitality, and Express & PP are in R3 this week (the Valentine's Day change was probably just a one-time thing that I'm sure will be explained when it airs). The sixth episode week is called "America's Game" as usual. Here's what that blogger had to say...

Awesome. I wasn't sure given that Jeopardy ends CONSIDERABLY later than Wheel of Fortune at the end of the season
