Fair enough. In that case, would it be a good idea to keep a running tally of the specific number, such as in the closing paragraph? At this point, it's 64 plus the four whose shows have yet to air.

Regarding those last four members, an average of about $31,690 will take BAV over the $2,000,000 mark ($126,757 remaining), although I think we would've heard something by now if they were going to push us over the $3,000,000 point.

(And speaking of updates, I needed to update my signature. )

Turns out our running total was off by three bucks.

With both me and ten96lt airing this month, something tells me we're going to crack the $2 million mark very soon...unless we both wound up with the pity thousand.

Notice I said "very soon." Joe's show airs before mine does.

Isn't there another member whose episode is airing this month? Jess told me about it, but I can't remember who it was or the username (something to do with "minister"?).

Also, Josh's below-the-avatar tag: "Proud Bearer of the Wheel's Purple Heart". Two meanings came to my mind:
* Figuratively tearing the Wheel's heart out, also known as "ransacking Harry's wallet for all that Josh's hands and pockets could carry...or perhaps all a Brinks truck could carry".
* The term "Purple Heart" as used by the United States military, a medal given to those who are wounded or killed by the enemy while in active service.

Heck, it could mean both (wounded by the "enemy", who I'll call "Friedman" for the sake of a name, but nonetheless managing to achieve a victory that could be likened to having pulled out the Wheel's heart)...or even neither.

Dan, yes, preacherman (Richard), on the 16th, a Wednesday. I'd be able to go to his party, but I sadly have prior obligations, namely filming some stuff I'm in, which ends at 6:45. If he got any other show but Wednesday, I could have made it...ARGH. No chance I could get there by 7, either. Big bummer for me, but them's the breaks.

I made the same mistake when I spun the Wheel after the NYC tapings. If you grab too low, at least one of the flippers will pinch your finger between itself and the peg as it snaps back into place, and those things are very durable. I read somewhere that there are mics near the flippers to amplify their sound, but I've never seen any, and I don't think they're necessary because they're loud enough on their own.
