Here's something interesting. Bolts!  Nah.  More importantly, this appears to be a director's sheet for various bumpers, copies, and promos.  I'm assuming the numbers in the left column are the episode numbers and the ones on the far right refer to the trip's value when known/applicable (too high! -_-) |

Given the TV lingo on that sheet, it is a "rundown" sheet, although it doesn't appear to be for the actual show itself, but rather as a way to reference the length of the bumpers being used. |

Should've mentioned this earlier, but the August 7th tapings were for "Wheel Was Here": a theme that's only reflected by $1,000 Toss-Ups being On The Map puzzles of cities Wheel has taped... and nothing more. (A picture of the stage was posted on Instagram back then. I could've sworn I posted about it, but guess not) This week will air October 13-17 according to a contestant's friend's Twitter (which I'm not going to link because he outright spoiled the fact that his friend won their episode and hints at the outcome of the Bonus Round!  ) August 8th was likely for the V8 week, because the show's Instagram posted a picture that day of Pat and Vanna shooting promos behind the Wheel, which had the V8 wedge on the red $800. |

The season premiere week's theme is Teacher's Week.  Also, the August 8 tapings were actually for "Viva Las Vegas", as shown by KDVR's recent news stories (the reporter tweeted photos from the studio that day). |

Is there any particular reason why they chose Teacher's Week to lead off the season? To me, it's a week that I'd tend to air in October when everyone is fully back in the school routine.

I mean, look at Dantastic's post recently confirming reusing Collette or whatever. Especially as of last season, they are in complete cruise control in terms of reuse and coasting along, producing seasons with minimal effort.
This is nothing new, it's a trend with this production staff in the past 3-5 years. I agree starting with Teacher's Week is underwhelming, but, well, they're going to be at the top of syndicated ratings no matter what, so they're not fully trying anymore.
