I remember people talking earlier about Free Plays having a face value of $400 in this game. It's not the only face value. It really depends on where it is placed. In addition to the "yellow $400" between the purple $650 and blue $700, it sometimes occupies the pink $500 between the yellow $400 and red $600. I know this because I was playing it just now. In the Surprise Tournament, where there are a ton of Surprise wedges, I landed on the Surprise wedge that occupies the pink $500. The Surprise was a Free Play, and it had a face value of $500.
So with that said, in addition to cash values and Bankrupts, Surprises can also be a Free Play. Could they also be a Lose A Turn or a Multiply? I'm sure we'll find that out soon.

Interesting. In terms of cash values, I've had Surprise be $4000 and $5000 when I was testing the beta, but after the official release, I've only seen $5000.

Ugh! This happens to me at least 2 or 3 times a day.... The dumb gift box image pops up directly over the puzzle and I can't see it. Does this happen to anyone else?  |

I played it to the end back when I was a beta tester. The maximum level then was 160, although I reached 161 when I completed the last location's (Beijing) prize collection for the first time.

I never bought them either. IIRC, I got lucky in a tournament. I have over 7200 diamonds right now, mostly from when I was beta testing. I actually had over 9000 (WHAT, 9000?!) when I first installed the official app.
