I've been thinking about that too. On top of that, my other question is in regards to the show trying to make a decision on it.
On a brighter note, I also saw the puzzle board pic, and I'm glad to see a sign that Scopely's game will very likely be released soon.

Hang on a second...I'm pretty sure I "solved the puzzle", so to speak. I vividly remember behind-the-scenes footage from Season 31 and/or 32 showing that there was a $500- $900- $700 cut of the layout for Rounds 1-2 and 4+ and another cut that was only $500- $900 for when Express is put on the Wheel. (You can see the former being placed on the Wheel in this video). The pictures showing the $900 had Express on the Wheel. The ones showing the $600 did not. This means that they re-did the yellow wedge on the 3-wedge cut but not the 2-wedge cut that is placed next to Express. Conclusion? The yellow $600 becomes $900 for Round 3 only.  This is the first time since the debut of the single template scheme that any regular cash wedge receives an upgrade in a later round...and the first time ever that it decreases afterward.  |

Conclusion? The yellow $600 becomes $900 for Round 3 only.This is a very good possibility. Like I've said many times about this....the $600 looks fine there except in R3 when the Express wedge covers the $700 making the cluster $600-Express-$600-$650. Having $900 in R3 just looks and feels better. Do we have any pictures of R3 from Halloween week or any week that had the $600. This would confirm. |

That Can't be right..in the video with the yellow 900 in it when the person spins the wheel you can see $2500 go by so the round 3 thoery isn't necessarily true but we will just have to see

^From what I've read, that's because in the video the wheel is set up for practice rounds with the Express wedge and the $2,500 wedge both on the wheel.
I'll just best MarioGS' hunch is correct. That Mario is one smart cookie. ;-)

I remember that video, but I haven't thought about that possibility. What I thought was that, if they wanted, they could reverse the change easily because they had that segment done. Now it's confirmed: Wheel has became extremely lazy in termes of changing layouts (but, only in changing layouts? ) |

Well, I guess I can start setting up the directory for the coming season, since we now know most of the themed weeks.
If I had to guess, the June TBA is almost certainly a Father's Day week, and the late April one has every possibility of being a Mother's Day one (shifted early due to the "Great American Cities" weeks).
As far as the January/February ones, those will probably end up being generic themes like California Coast or Trip of a Lifetime, but I wouldn't rule out the chance of them adding at least one more sponsored week. Right now, I only see one each of Sandals, Beaches, Disney, and the .BUZZ week. Some previous seasons have had multiple Sandals and Disney weeks.
