Here come more people complaining about the "inappropriate" apostrophe in Teacher's Week. Notice they didn't use it in Veterans Week, though.

Interesting that they're cramming all the winter theme weeks in December. Seems a little early to start Secret Santa on 11/30 especially since sweeps is over by then, but it'll work because stores and radio stations already start hyping Christmas immediately after Thanksgiving, if not earlier. Plus, it makes more sense to have general "holiday" weeks before and the week of Christmas. I doubt they'll ever have anything major on the week of Christmas such as Secret Santa since the 12/25 show always gets preempted for basketball on ABC stations.

Oh, hi, Teen Best Friends. It's been a while. Get ready for totally hip and radical puzzles, which are usually just normal fare with "TWITTER" thrown in somewhere.

Pet Lovers Week renamed to Pet Week, I notice. I don't have a preference to either name, but nice to have it more straightforward.

So I guess College Week is every two years, now? Hope it's not because Wheel is losing the college crowd or anything...

Also been a while since Big Money Week. Normally, I'd be excited for it because it would probably mean a week of higher stakes in the Bonus Round (even though it was a failure last time), but in a season where they're pulling a lot of money-saving tactics, it'll probably just be a week of coin stacks on the set and money-themed puzzles. Or maybe they'll make two of the $33,000 envelopes $34,000.

Great American Cities? More like "Fantasy Road Trips #MoneyProblems" :lol: Philly was the planned remote for Season 33 before Harry began proposing international road trips to Spain and/or London before the plans were dropped altogether.

If the last week is Happy Father's Day week again, then that would mean Happy Mother's Day week would also be celebrated early. Once again, Father's Day will be the Sunday after the week AFTER the season finale. Wheel had a lot of criticism for doing that this season, but they couldn't really help it (unless maybe they start reruns early and sandwich in a first-run week for the occasion).

This, this, good lord this. For those who weren't here the last time Wheel did this, it was a painful week for multiple reasons, most notably the fact the puzzles almost all catered to the stereotypes of girlfriends.

The week of March 24, 2014; the extra episode was on April 22.

I can't believe they're having a week like this again.  I just hope we get one, just one Bonus Round win! Please! (Probably just wishful thinking on my part.)

This is so interesting! On the audition form, where it asks, "Which theme week would you prefer to be on?" I put "Fabulous Food." So now that there's a good chance that there won't be a Fabulous Food week, I wonder where they'll put me!

Do they usually take those requests seriously anyway? Have any of you past players received the week that you wrote down as your preferred week?

For some shows you will just have to deal with the $600, EXPRESS, $600, $650 (Or whatever they give you).

ten96lt no, I only listed the Fabulous Food week, but I mentioned in my video and at the audition that Vegas was my favorite getaway spot. We'll see if one of those TBA weeks turns out to be Food/Vegas. But I'll be happy with whatever I get!
