Hey all! Any of you also go to the Denver auditions this week? It was a lot of fun! Like many of you have said about final auditions, I don't think I've clapped and smiled so much in my life! And so begin the slowest 2 weeks of my life... hoping for the best! Good luck to all!

I'm with you. Which one were you at? I was at 10am on 1 Sep. I felt like I played well but I'm a naturally even keeled person and am worried they didn't like the amount of "juice" as they called it that I had.

My arms were aching after the audition, along with my cheeks, and boy, did I feel tired afterwards, but it was a lot of fun. Now, I have to wait about 1 more week for that letter.

I also was there last Tuesday. I really enjoyed myself... it was a lot of fun getting to chat with some awesome Wheel fans. I remember that when they played the 'puzzle reveal' cue at the Wheelmobile before the show started, and everyone completely lost their minds after hearing it, I thought to myself, "These are my people!" It was great getting to actually chat with people about their favorite show moments, how long they've been watching for, etc. last week. The final audition itself was a lot of fun as well! I had adrenaline pumping the entire time; it was a great experience. Fingers crossed here!

I just have to say that the wait for the letter (or no letter) is a bit painful! We won't hit the 2 week mark til this week, but every day I go out to the mailbox and don't see anything I am so let down. I try not to think about it but I'm finding it hard not to! Anyone else having this experience?

Absolutely. If the letter doesn't come by Tuesday, I'll probably be in denial until maybe Saturday. I'll hold out hope that the wonky delivery schedule that my post office operates on has delayed it a bit. It has been agonizing checking that mailbox every day that I can and hoping to see something in there.

Same here. It will be painful to wait for another year to try to audition again, but it was definitely worth auditioning for both the Wheelmobile and the final audition, though.

cowheelfan , the wait is ridiculously painful! When is the 2 week mark? Mine came on day 16, so don't panic if the two weeks pass and nada.

Mine came on day 15 (I auditioned on a Thursday and the letter came on a Friday) so I would give until the end of the second week.

Sadly I don't remember how long it took for me to get the call after my final audition back in 1998, but I do remember how anxious I was waiting and that I had a hard time being productive at work. Also remember startling the entire floor in my office building when I did get the call and violating safety best practices by dancing up and down the halls in celebration. Best of luck to you guys!
