If you can decide to give a new category. What would it be>
My suggestion is " Jeopardy "
So the puzzle is like question
Who is Barrack Obama?
the solver have change to get extra $ 3000 to make the answer
He is the first u.S.A which has dark skin.

"Anagram"
The puzzle is an anagram for something simple. The contestant receives a bonus if he/she unscrambles it correctly.
Ex.: "A BURRO WORRY TOO, WOW!" Would be: "ROW, ROW, ROW YOUR BOAT"
"Gibberish"
The entire puzzle looks like some 2 year old was bashing the keys on the keyboard.
Ex.: "OYWEROINXCVN"
"Reverse"
The puzzle is in reverse order.
Ex.: "MRALA ERIF EHT FFO GNITTES"
"What aren't you doing?"
The puzzle is something people normally don't want to do.
Ex.: "WORKING OUT"
"How Much?"
The puzzle is a grocery product (just like on Price). Guess the price to the dime, win a cool bonus.
Ex.: "TITEBOUND III WOOD GLUE" Answer: "$6.42"

Answer (Bonus $3000) The all new press your luck. (Press your luck only won't be enough cause they only have whammy, not double whammy

I have a couple ideas for categories myself.
One is Translation. It's just like the retired Foriegn Word category only you have to find the English translation of it for a $3000 bonus.
The category is displayed with the language it's from in parenthesis like this...
Translation (Spanish)
For example, if the answer was BUENO, and you guessed that bueno means good in Spanish, you win another $3000 in addition to your round winnings.
Another is a take on Before & After called Before, During, & After.
Before & After combines two phrases. Before, During, & After combines three such as this.
FERRIS WHEEL OF FORTUNE COOKIE (Ferris Wheel, Wheel of Fortune, Fortune Cookie)

I have some ideas for new categories.
"Five of a Kind"
One letter in a puzzle will appear five times. Ex: A LITTLE LOLLIPOP
"Out of this World"
The puzzle would be something out of this world. Ex: METEOR
"Back to Work"
The puzzle would be something work related. Ex: COMPUTERS AND CUBICLES

The other two categories were really just last minute thoughts. Thought I had to come up with more than one. :-[ But coming soon... Is a sequel... To Five of a Kind! You're going to love it.

Announcement from Mystery. ;D
I've decided that I'll host Wheel of Fortune tonight at the chat and there, I'll have a puzzle with that new category. In the meantime, have fun guessing!
And it's not a poker-related title, Deo.

I'm sure somebody thought up the self-explanatory FICTIONAL PLACE before.
ODD ONE OUT: Three things are mentioned and the solver has to guess which doesn't belong for $3,000. For example, if the puzzle is BLACKJACK CRAZY EIGHTS BACKGAMMON, the odd one out is backgammon because it is not played with a deck of cards. (WoF may start having to use commas for clarity, but I think most people can figure out where one answer stops and another starts.
NIGHTLIFE: The puzzle has something to do with the nightlife, e.g. GOING TO A ROCK CONCERT.

For those who have been at last night's game, the category was Mystery Letter.
So there's a puzzle with a mystery letter, the last letter. If you reveal it, then you know that it appears at least 4 more times in the puzzle. Let's say the puzzle is...
SUCCESS STORIES
In this case, S is the mystery letter. Understand?

Here are some good ones!
AROUND THE WORLD (It's just like ON THE MAP)
NAME THAT SHOW (The puzzle gives a hint as to what that show is about and once it's solved the contestant can earn an extra amount of cash just by naming that show, past or present)
And NAME THAT MOVIE (Just like NAME THAT SHOW, the puzzles gives a hint as to what the film is about and once solved, the contestant can earn an extra amount of cast just by naming that film, past or present.
