You didn't actually pause the game, you just visited the home screen. To actually pause it in the application, I believe it's the Show Menu button (the one with 3 lines) on Xbox and the OPTIONS button on PS4.

I did pause the game within the application...  The pause menu came up and everything. It happened right after I picked up the MDW in a local game. I paused it to make a comment to a friend online that the game allowed me to use the Wild Card on that turn and I was tempted to do it just to see how much it'd be worth (probably $0). As I was typing it, I heard the 3-second warning beeps and scrambled to unpause but I got buzzed right before I could pick an option. |

I'm no video game expert but this game is a TOTAL PIECE OF CRAP!!. From the horrendous (non-Pat Sajak) host to the incredibly annoying jazz music which plays while you're taking your turn. I had to go to the settings and turn down the music and voice settings to 0 to make it somewhat playable! IF you can even get online (Ubisoft has told me it's my settings and slow connection that is to fault, WRONG) MarioGS is right, online players have figured out how to take over 50 seconds to solve pop up questions. I bought this to prep for my upcoming WOF appearance and what a waste of money. My Wii WOF game is LOADS better than this game and it's 10 years old!!. It is so poorly put together they don't even know how to use some of the show animations. It's obvious they threw this game together. If you are thinking of getting this game, DON"T. It's a huge waste of time and money.

I have to agree with you, tvdave. I would rather stick with the Wii or 360 versions since they both feature Pat and Vanna. There are a lot of reasons why I love those versions. Besides the hosts themselves, the prizes are in $500 increments and it not only featured the late Charlie O'Donnell, it also features Jim Thornton, I love the mini-games that were included, and for those 2 versions, they allow you to use your Mii for the Wii and XBOX Live Avatar for the 360. If you own or plan on buying either of those older systems, those versions of Wheel are the best to own. |

So I've discovered the cause of the game freezing during online matches. From what I've seen, the game freezes online if a player disconnects sometime after the second toss up puzzle. If they disconnect before the second toss up, then it'll run smoothly

Playing last night, the round one puzzle was "NEEDLEPOINT PILLOWS" and the round two puzzle was... "DECORATIVE PILLOWS". After the first revealed letter of the round was the W called by the CPU I thought they had used the same puzzle twice in a row for a minute (and given the quality of the game otherwise I wouldn't have been all that surprised if they did). Also since my last post the computer has dropped an F-bomb and another sexual term in its guesses...  |

Patches for the PS4 version were released yesterday:   Looks like the adult language problem has been solved and maybe the freezes will be solved now too. So no more of whatever they call that type of salad? Sweet! I'll take it! Looks like I'll be playing this a little bit more, especially with all those bugs gone. With all that time gone by, I can imagine it took that long just to fix all of what they fixed. You're welcome for our patience, Ubisoft.  By the way, I wonder how long I have to wait "util" they bring the value of the Half Car Tags down a bit. |

Yeah, I don’t remember if I included that in my message to them. Something else with the 1/2 car is that the last time I won it, the V.O. talked about it like you would if you were introducing it as something that could be won. It was something like “good luck to our players going for this car.” I’ve only won it a few times so I don’t remember exactly if it’s like that every time.

I've got a handful of fun games. However, I don't want to pay extra to play against others online in Wheel.
Also, I will buy it with no regrets if somehow the BR minimum is bumped up to $36K. It won't, but if it did, I would be intrigued by it, just like how having a game with $34K is intriguing.
