Season 29 Taping/Airing Schedule & Information

This is not actually the first time "Wheel" has gone to Portland -- they went there in August 1981 (a few months before Pat replaced Chuck Woolery and over a year before Vanna replaced Susan Stafford) to record location footage and audition players to be flown to the then-current Burbank studios for a Portland Week on September 21-25.

For taping episodes, and for the nighttime show, it's the first time. But saying they've *never* been there prior to these tapings is factually incorrect.
