Times with a + mean that those airings will likely slide if the Draft runs past 11:30 ET. WABC's program director confirmed to me that this will be the case on all three days; Wheel will air in its entirety and they will play catch-up as soon as Wheel ends, with the next show getting JIP'd or skipped.
...
Anyone who plans to watch or record on WABC, I recommend also recording the show before Wheel (Daytime J! on Thursday night, first-run J! on Friday night/Saturday morning). Usually when WABC slots Wheel at supposedly 3:35 AM, it actually starts around 3:30. Although if the Draft runs more than 5 minutes over, this shouldn't matter.
Despite what I was told, the overnight shows did not slide on WABC; they likely JIP'd the encore of Live with Kelly & Ryan after Nightline ended. Wheel began at 3:35 AM exactly. I extended my recording on my almost-full DVR to 60 minutes for nothing.
WABC once again did not slide Wheel or either run of Jeopardy! despite the slight overrun. I DVR'd the entire overnight lineup and it turns out they played catch-up immediately following the encore of Kelly & Ryan; when that finished, the encore of World News Tonight was abruptly joined in progress. Although Wheel did air at the listed 3:35 AM on Friday morning, Saturday morning's broadcasts of J! and Wheel listed at 3:35 and 4:05 actually started about five minutes earlier. My recording of J!, which I set to start two minutes early, starts at the second clue, and my standalone recording of Wheel started at TU2. Luckily, I recorded J! with a 30-minute extension, so I got Wheel in its entirety, but once again using a 60-minute recording.
According to a Reddit user, KAIT in Jonesboro, Arkansas actually scheduled Wheel for 2:06 AM Central, not 12:06 as listed on Zap2It. Friday's episode actually started early around 1:58, according to this user who DVR'd it and ended up having it cut off at the beginning, rather than the expected end.
WPVI does not have Thursday's episode listed, but there is a good chance Thursday and Friday's episodes are delayed a night, in the slots listed as Friday and Saturday. WPVI never airs WOF Weekend in time slots other than Saturday at 7:30 (which is pre-empted by local program FYI Philly this weekend, slid back by a 7:00 newscast after the Draft), so if the listings are correct, this would be a first for them.
The listings were correct regarding which episodes aired this morning. Everything on WPVI's overnight lineup up to Wheel was slid back a few minutes, and the encore of Tamron Hall after Wheel was JIP'd, which it was going to be anyway since that is an hour-long show in a half-hour time slot. The Saturday rerun started on time at 4:30 following infomercials. This is the first time I know of that WPVI has aired the Saturday rerun in an alternate slot. Hopefully this becomes permanent for future pre-emptions or next college football season.
Although it wasn't listed for most, according to their site's schedule, WPVI scheduled Thursday's episode for 2:37 AM, replacing the first half of Tamron and JIP'ing it after Wheel. Most listings had Tamron listed for the full hour and no Wheel.
The final rounds of the Draft overran by about five minutes. Most Saturday airings of Wheel on East Coast ABC's were joined in progress during R1. WOLO is the only one I know of that aired Friday's episode in the regular slot tonight; all the other ABC's I have access to aired the rerun.
Today's rerun was also pre-empted on all FOX stations, including KDVR, by two consecutive USFL games. WDAF Kansas City is airing Wheel Sunday at 2:00 PM Central.

During Wednesday's $100K win episode, some KABC viewers, including Chanelle herself, said that their broadcast had technical difficulties, including "the volume going off" (according to Chanelle), followed by the feed getting replaced with ABC World News Tonight. This happened prior to R3.
It appears this only happened to viewers that were watching via live streaming through the ABC app and Hulu Live TV. The OTA feed had no interruptions; Chanelle's Instagram story shows her mother holding a remote that looks more like one for a streaming device rather than a traditional TV or cable remote.
Chanelle ended up having to verbally tell her family how the rest of the show played out, though they found a way to watch the rest of it later, probably a YouTube bot copy.
Friday's episode was pre-empted on WBZ Boston by a half-hour Patriots All Access. This time, Wheel moved to WSBK. This is the first time I know of where they did this when only Wheel was pre-empted. In the past, Wheel would always move overnight, and would only sometimes move to WSBK if both Wheel and J! were pre-empted. I only realized all this when Buzzerblog posted a still from yesterday's episode and it had the My38 bug.
Saturday's rerun is pre-empted on many East Coast NBC's due to the Kentucky Derby being scheduled until 7:30 ET. 7:00 airings are pre-empted outright, and some 7:30 airings, including WDIV Detroit and WCNC Charlotte, are pre-empted by delayed 6:00 newscasts.
All FOX airings are once again pre-empted by USFL, which starts at 6:30 ET today with pregame. WVUE New Orleans has Wheel at 5:00 CT today. KDVR has Wheel at 8:30 MT but will be affected if the game runs more than 30 minutes over.
CBS has golf until 6:00 ET today. Wheel shouldn't be affected unless it runs more than an hour over.

Today's episode is affected on West Coast ABCs due to NBA Eastern Conference Finals Game 4, KABC from what I am seeing has Wheel slated for 9 PM PT. MarioGS will have all the info hopefully later today.
^ It should just be the typical weekday NBA scheduling. KABC has Wheel at 9:00 tonight, as you said, and KGO has Wheel at 10:00 PT, as they usually do.

WABC just interrupted Wheel during the Prize Puzzle. EDIT: I should also mention that ABC is nationally airing a special report. EDIT 2: Wheel returned during the Speed-Up on WABC.
On the East Coast, no 7:00 ET airings of Wheel were affected. For 7:30 airings, ABC lost late R3 through the early R4, and NBC lost most of R4 but should have been back in time for the Bonus Round. East Coast CBS airings were not affected at all, except for KENS.
The later interruptions for the President's comments affected 6:30 Mountain airings of Wheel, from about mid-R2 through mid-R4. There are no 6:30 MT airings of Wheel on ABC at this time, only KGUN, which is in Arizona, which is on Pacific Time now. No Pacific Time Zone airings of Wheel were affected.

Wednesday's episode is pre-empted on WROC Rochester for a "Countdown to the PGA Championship" special, which is taking place in nearby Oak Hill this year.
Due to yesterday's events, Wednesday's broadcast of NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt will be a special hour-long edition, meaning 7:00 PM Eastern airings of Wheel on NBC affiliates will be pre-empted, although the second half hour may be optional. It is also likely that some 7:30/6:30 CT airings of Wheel may be replaced with 6:00 newscasts or Jeopardy! if either of the two are pre-empted if the station opts to carry the full hour.
The only other NBC pre-emption I found tonight was WDIV Detroit. They did not move Wheel to any of their subchannels. All other East Coast NBC airings I have access to (WXIA, WTHR, WTLV, WSAV, WCNC, KSDK, WPXI, KVLY), aired Wheel at its normal time.

These are all the days in June ABC is tentatively scheduled to air primetime sporting events on Wheel days, consisting of the NBA Draft, NBA Finals, and Stanley Cup Finals for the first time on the network. None of these should affect Wheel on the East Coast, unless they decide to do a pregame show nationally or for the O&O's like they did with the NFL Draft this year. That isn't likely since NBC never did this when they carried the Stanley Cup. The number of NBA Finals games played will not make any difference as to how many first-run eps of Wheel will be affected this year.
Thursday, June 2 - NBA Finals Game 1 (#S-7614, Gone Fishin' 2)
Wednesday, June 8 - NBA Finals Game 3 (#S-7618, America's Game V 3)
Friday, June 10 - NBA Finals Game 4 (#S-7620, America's Game V 5, S39 finale)
Monday, June 13 - NBA Finals Game 5* (#S-7516RR, Collette Show You the World 1)
Thursday, June 16 - NBA Finals Game 6* (#S-7519RR, Collette Show You the World 4)
Saturday, June 18 - Stanley Cup Finals Game 1 (#S-7425RR, Father's Day 5, S38 Finale)
Monday, June 20 - Stanley Cup Finals Game 2 (#S-7581RR, Home Sweet Home 1)
Wednesday, June 22 - Stanley Cup Finals Game 3 (#S-7583RR, Home Sweet Home 3)
Thursday, June 23 - NBA Draft (#S-7584RR, Home Sweet Home 4)
Friday, June 24 - Stanley Cup Finals Game 4 (#S-7585RR, Home Sweet Home 5)
Tuesday, June 28 - Stanley Cup Finals Game 6* (Rerun TBA)
Thursday, June 30 - Stanley Cup Finals Game 7* (Rerun TBA)
Potentially, in the post-season portion of June, Wheel will only air at its regular time on West Coast ABC's on six weekdays out of 14.

CBS has golf until 6:00 ET today. Wheel shouldn't be affected unless it runs more than an hour over.
West Coast ABC's are affected by NBA tonight.
That did not affect my airings, as WAND ended the Kentucky Derby at 6:30 PM (Central Daylight Time)

Many NBC affiliates were still running commercials at 7:30 ET, so most of them joined programming in progress around 7:32 or 33. Here is a clip of that happening on WCAU in Philadelphia.
Some NBC's did still manage to start its programs from the top, though. I was checking KSDK in St. Louis and saw the opening logo animation, then switched to WPXI Pittsburgh and they were already on the interviews which likely means it was JIP'd on there. Not sure what WAND did because I don't have access to it.
As for other Saturdays...
May 14: USFL on FOX ran past its scheduled 7:00 ET end, by about 10 minutes IIRC, affecting Wheel on WDAF and WXIX unless they swapped it for a less popular syndie again. Due to the tragic events in Buffalo, all programming was pre-empted on WIVB, including CBS's broadcast of the movie Top Gun. KWQC and WPXI both pre-empted Wheel with infomercials. The latter aired Wheel at 4:00 AM ET that morning.
May 21: All NBC's were pre-empted due to Preakness Stakes (up to 7:30 ET) and USFL (7:30 onwards). FOX had an MLS game that started at 7:30 ET, IIRC. CBS had PGA until 7:00 ET but it overran until about 7:25, pre-empting most East Coast CBS airings of Wheel. ABC had an NBA game, pre-empting West Coast airings.
May 28: FOX had MLB starting at 7:00 ET, game varying depending on market. WDAF aired Wheel at 3:30 CT today and WVUE aired it at 5:30 right before the game. KDVR, as usual, has Wheel at 8:30 MT half an hour after the game's scheduled end, likely meaning it will not air in its entirety if at all (EDIT: Wheel was JIP'd around early R2). On CBS, PGA was once again scheduled until 7:00 ET and overran to about 7:02, slightly cutting off most East Coast airings.
