WPRI in Providence (CBS) had some technical issues airing Thursday's episode.
According to multiple tweets, about six minutes into the episode in the middle of Round 1, the whole episode restarted, including the slate, then it happened again once the restart reached the same point, meaning Providence saw TU1, TU2, and half of R1 three times. It was fixed by 7:19, at which point the episode jumped ahead to where it should have been, by the Triple Toss-Up. Providence did not see the end of R1 or Rounds 2 and 3.
According to one WPRI employee, the newsroom got about 40 phone calls regarding the issue.

Only found one pre-emption tonight. WKYT in Lexington, KY (CBS) pre-empted Wheel for a local University of Kentucky football postgame show (they played in the Vrbo Citrus Bowl which aired earlier today on ABC). Wheel was moved to their CW subchannel at its normal time (not earlier to 6:30 like on Saturdays where CBS has CFB).
There was no national sports interference with Wheel this Saturday for the first time this season. CBS had college basketball scheduled until 6:00 ET, which overran until 6:30. East Coast CBS stations had the option of running the regularly-scheduled CBS Weekend News at 6:30, or pre-empting that with local newscasts meant for 6:00. Regardless of which option they went with, all CBS's had normal programming at 7:00 ET. FOX had PBC Boxing scheduled until 7:00 ET, and that ended on time.
EDIT: The Saturday rerun did not air on KLAS in Las Vegas (CBS) due to being replaced with a delayed airing of Friday's new episode.

KLAS in Las Vegas (CBS) opted to air CBS's New Years Eve Live: Nashville's Big Bash earlier than the rest of the West Coast, starting it at 6:00 PM Pacific. It was followed by local NYE coverage for the rest of the night.
Since they did not air on Friday, Friday's episodes of J! and Wheel both aired on Saturday night, replacing the reruns, which are not airing at all.

Due to a severe snowstorm in the Eastern Kentucky region, Wheel was fully pre-empted on WSAZ in Huntington, WV (NBC), which serves part of Kentucky. They also pre-empted NBC Nightly News prior. WKYT in Lexington, KY (CBS) did air Wheel (they pre-empted CBS Evening News, however), though they had a crawl throughout on weather updates and school closures. At first, the Wheel feed was not adjusted, so the crawl blocked the category strip at least through R1. By the Triple Toss-Up, Wheel was now being "squashed" upward so no part of the image was being blocked.

Today's rerun is pre-empted on all ABC affiliates due to two consecutive NFL games running from 3:00-11:15 PM Eastern. Wheel scheduling will likely be similar to its college football times, although there is more room on Saturday afternoon this time. Both WABC and WTNH are airing Wheel at 1:30 PM ET Saturday afternoon. WJLA is airing it at 2:00 PM Saturday.
CBS has college basketball until 6:00 ET again. Overrun may affect 7:00 ET airings of Wheel, though it did not last weekend.
This episode will have been pre-empted twice on ABC O&O WTVD in Raleigh. The original airing of this episode on 10/14/2020 was pre-empted in most North Carolina markets by a local debate, and WTVD moved Wheel to their subchannel that night. WTVD does not air WOF Weekend outside of its 7:30 Saturday slot when pre-empted, so this airing won't be seen there at all.
The original airing was also pre-empted on WROC, but they have Wheel scheduled at the normal time tonight. College basketball overrun could potentially cause them to locally slide CBS Weekend News to run past 7:00 and affect Wheel, however.

Due to the Condition of the State address in Iowa, Des Moines affiliate WHO (NBC) will air Tuesday's episode on Wednesday at 3:00 PM Central, replacing Daytime Jeopardy! No other Iowa-based Wheel affiliates have the address listed for tonight.
By the way, as of now, all weekly NFL show pre-emptions (WKRN Nashville Tuesdays, WBZ Boston Fridays, WPXI Pittsburgh Saturdays) are still in effect since the Titans, Patriots, and Steelers are all in the playoffs.
The Chiefs are also in the playoffs. If they make it to the Super Bowl for the third year in a row, WDAF Kansas City is expected to pre-empt Wheel for several consecutive days from February 4-11 (SB is on the 13th).

WTHR in Indianapolis (NBC) is moving Wheel to WALV (MeTV).
WANE in Fort Wayne (CBS) is airing Wheel at 1:37 AM Eastern.
The other Indiana-based Wheel affiliates — WSBT South Bend, WTWO Terre Haute, WLFI Lafayette, and WFIE Evansville — do not have the address listed.

Not a pre-emption, but the ABC O&O's timed the show so that the Bonus Round started at 7:57 (when the show normally ends) and went straight into ABC primetime with no commercials after Wheel. They've done this before leading into the series premieres of CWOF and Pooch Perfect, though tonight's transition was to the second episode of Judge Steve Harvey.

Buffalo Kickoff Live is an hour-long edition today, so both game shows are pre-empted on WIVB, simply moving to WNLO.
WROC, the station that does not have a sister station, is choosing to not air the second half of BKL hour in favor of a game show... the one that isn't Wheel of Fortune, of course. 🙄 WETM normally also airs BKL, but they are not airing this one, likely because they're not a CBS affiliate and don't want to promote a game airing on their competitor.
Wheel of Fortune has never received special treatment like this except maybe when Vanna hosted.

Two of the Big Four are pre-empted today.
NBC has NFL from 3-8 PM Eastern, pre-empting all East Coast airings of Wheel. CBS has NFL from 7:30-11:00 PM Eastern, pre-empting Wheel nationwide except for most 7:00 ET airings.
Since CBS's game is Bills/Patriots, Wheel is still being pre-empted on WBZ, WIVB, and WROC despite not being impacted by the network's 7:30 pregame; all of these will be airing local pregame from 6:30-7:30. As usual, WIVB is moving Wheel to WNLO (they do this even on Saturdays), and WROC will air it at 2:35 AM.
WBZ is airing both Wheel and J! early today at 5:00 and 5:30 PM Eastern.
KRQE in Albuquerque has J! and Wheel slotted at 9:00 and 9:30 PM Mountain, immediately after the game, and we know what they do to Wheel in this scenario when sports run over...
The original airing of this episode on 1/28/21 was pre-empted on at least three stations: WCBD (NBC) and WBTW (CBS) in South Carolina for a vaccine special, and KHQ in Spokane, Washington (NBC) for a Gonzaga University basketball game. Two of these three stations will be pre-empting this episode again. WCBD pre-empts WOF Weekend year-round anyway since they have a Saturdays-only 7 PM newscast, which is pre-empted by NFL tonight. As with every weekend, Wheel will be airing at 12:30 AM Eastern on Monday (late Sunday night); J! is not airing at all this weekend. KHQ normally airs WOF Weekend Sundays at 6:30 PM Pacific outside of football season, and Saturdays at 4:30 PM during the season, but since the latter is pre-empted today, it will air on Sunday at 9:30 PM. WBTW is not affected tonight.

CBS's NFL game overran until 11:12 ET with postgame running until 11:30, which means Wheel got replaced entirely with the other game show on KRQE. 🙄
NBC's game ended on time, though I don't believe any West Coast Wheel airings would have been impacted by overrun; no NBC's in the Mountain Time Zone air Wheel at 6:00 PM.

I appreciate how KAIT handles delays/pre-emptations (not only Wheel, but all syndicated programming). If it is on a weekday, they pre-empt the first of two infomercials and schedule Wheel to air after Nightline (usually 12:06 AM) with the commercial break between the Mystery round and Express round yanked out (they like to air the second infomercial and a rerun of the previous day's Live! with Kelly and Ryan episode 6 minutes before TV listings says it starts). If it is on the weekend, they limit or remove commercial breaks from previous programming and schedule Wheel to air either at 11:30 PM (after a program called "The Song", can sometimes be a 12:00 AM Sunday), or at 1:45 AM Sunday (only if the football game is an NFL game, after a rerun of "Bull", the TV listing said 1:30 AM Sunday.)

^ You should be cautious about late-night airings on nights with sporting events. Usually, when the games run over, all programming scheduled after it slides, so if Wheel was listed at 1:30 AM one night but actually aired at 1:45, it's possible that happened because the game ended 15 minutes later than it said it would on the guide. Any time Wheel is scheduled this way, you should always DVR the show after Wheel at the very least to make sure you get the whole show.
