I entered all six times in Detroit. Didn't get on stage. I'm sorry, man. (meanwhile, I got on stage with my second application... thanks, Texas Rangers and my limited baseball knowledge! )

I entered all six times in Detroit. Didn't get on stage. Meh. Neither did I, went to all six in Warwick, still got the callback. Granted those crowds were small to all heck, compared to most, but I think it helps. Marty also seems to have a soft spot for those who went to all of them, as they sort, no call up. Of course, I distinguished myself with a sign, but still. Don't give up from that, I can be the one to give you hope this time, and actually base it on my own reality. EDIT: Oh, hah, Jay, congrats are in order, I thought you meant a different WMB event. Congrats, and I hope there's a special something waiting in that inbox in a few months!

Good job Jay!
Don't worry TPH. You will get on stage one day and I know it.

Very few people at Detroit seemed like they had it. Lots of terrible letter calling and awkward interviews, very little energy among most people. Chad Mosher, who's a member of Game Show Forum and has been on J!, Millionaire, and Password, got called up but he didn't solve. I thought he might have a shot but mom thought he was too slick.

Best moment: There was a puzzle that took a long time to solve because everyone was calling duds. When it was finally solved, Marty said that puzzle was everyone's "Ay-chill-us heel".

You must be Dana, then. Welcome! Here is a recap of the episode courtesy of rtngs63. Best of luck to your boyfriend! Have a wonderful time! Greetings, all. I do have a blog named "Doug's Place" -- but that site's not mine.

You know your stuff, both in personality and stuff; not just everyone can be a mob member or be a Million Point Winner at Play It! We'll all be rooting for you. If anything I've read about you (thank GSF) holds true, they'll love having you on the stage. Last but not least, experience can only be a good thing for a show like this, right? When/where/what time is your secondary audition? Inquiring minds want to know!

When/where/what time is your secondary audition? Inquiring minds want to know! At the Doubletree in Culver City on September 30 (starting at 10 am). I went to a WoF audition four years ago. I passed the screening exam and got a cap for solving a puzzle in the prelim portion of the audition; in the final portion, I called a letter someone else had already called. At the Wheelmobile event, I made sure to pay better attention to the used letter board, and things worked out well, so hopefully I'm over most of my audition jitters. --Charlie

I had a great time at the audition, much better than 4 years ago. Got another cap for a solve in the prelims. Passed the exam. They brought me up to play a second time in the final part of the audition and solved a puzzle with a substantial amount of "money". Almost 3 hours there, and I felt like I gave it everything I had, physically and mentally. My arms were sore from all the clapping I did. I'm on pins and needles. (cue the Speed-Up Round music)
