That's just a copy/paste of the 360/PS3 ones. The Wheel one I just found was from Best Buy Canada, but Jeopardy! isn't listed on there just yet.

OK, here's the Jeopardy description... No online multiplayer references? And they spelled Alex's last name wrong.

It will. I saw another description somewhere that said so.

I found a couple of new images. The J! one appears to be the title screen. I don't know if the Wheel one is from the actual game, but the models fo Pat and Vanna look much better here, particularly Pat. Gyparody font instead of the official logo vector? Looks kind of amateur-ish...and they forgot the exclamation point!

"Jeopardy!" is never "Jeopardy!" without the exclamation point! Period (or should I say exclamation point)!
Anyway, as many of you may well know, there are probably going to be a lot more screenshots tomorrow as "Wheel" and "Jeopardy!" come out for the PS3 as well as make their Xbox debut.
Any info about the release date of the Wii U versions?

Best Buy claims November 20, two days after the console comes out, also a Tuesday, when most video games are released. I hope this is true. The games could sell great on Wii U if they're released before Black Friday. It would also mean lots of competition out there online. I pre-ordered the Wii U Deluxe Set yesterday. Anybody plan on making any videos of either version tomorrow? I can't wait to see what they look like since I'll be waiting for the Nintendo versions.

"Jeopardy!" is never "Jeopardy!" without the exclamation point! Not too weird -- the !-less version was the franchise logo from about 1982-84 in home media. The planned Great Game Company video game, Milton-Bradley's Fourteenth Edition board game, and the OMNI game all had this logo, and the latter two also had a group of three question marks.

Not only that but 15,000 game play videos will be posted on YouTube of people "mastering" the game on easy. If you wanna show your stuff let's see people play on hard mode.

I probably won't get my copy of Wheel until Wednesday, but whoever gets it for the PS3, please let me know so I can crush you online! Haha Probably not, but could we see these mentioned on air tomorrow on either show?

You have a point. On top of that, there was at least one time where even the "Jeopardy!" studio didn't have their exclamation mark in the logo, and that was when Weird Al made his "I Lost on 'Jeopardy!'" music video. By the way, what's the Omni version on "Jeopardy!" anyway? I'm interested.
Now to woffan4ever, I'm planning to get "Wheel" for the PS3 today, but since I've got school, I may not be able to play online for at least a while.

By the way, what's the Omni version on "Jeopardy!" anyway? I'm interested. Released in '81, it was an 8-track tape that was put into the OMNI console. A sealed (or at least complete) copy was on eBay about a month ago, but I can't seem to find any videos about it online. So the !-less logo was used for the franchise from 1981-84, barring the Trebek pilots, and may have been in use right after the last version ended in '79.

Someone has uploaded some Xbox 360 gameplay. All the differences I can spot...
- The "episodes" now begin with the S29 opening animation (Wii episodes start with a wide shot of the set) - 1/2 Car tags are there as we knew, unfortunately, with the wrong placement of one tag and the Wild Card - The new round structure of Jackpot/Mystery/Prize Puzzle is used - The green $700 is still there - The Gift Tag now displays "GIFT" in Clarendon in a curved style - The flippers are now 7 pegs apart (like the real show) instead of 6 like on Wii - Player totals are now shown (at least in local play) when the game is paused (On Wii, they were only shown if there was a camera angle wide enough after a round) - You can now be buzzed out for taking too long to decide an action - You are timed for spinning, but it's not yet known whether it skips your turn or spins automatically - When buying a vowel, the split screen stays up until the letter outcome is revealed - Cardboard is "picked up" using a cool "flipping" animation - The bonus envelopes are now removed from the Bonus Wheel with the ding - Used letters are no longer "skipped" when navigating, suggesting you can repeat letters - Some of Pat/Vanna's VA samples are new, while some are recycled from Wii - All announcing is now done by Jim, using mostly the same copies Charlie used for Wii - The Mystery Round now shows graphics of both reverses as Jim explains them - The current Final Spin graphic (a recreation) is used, but the PP wipe is still the S27-28 one, though the S29 version of the bug is used - At least the "location" stages used themed category strip wipes - Final Spin is still fixed to the fourth turn of R4 - Free Play is still removed for R4

I have now played two games of Wheel for the 360, and I saw two unusual things that you would never see on the real show. One was that I had a toss up take up three lines of the puzzleboard my first game, and the other was the category of What Are You Doing? showing up in the bonus round.
EDIT: Another difference between this and the Wii version. On the 360 game, the prize wedge is only on the wheel for the first two rounds.

EDIT: Another difference between this and the Wii version. On the 360 game, the prize wedge is only on the wheel for the first two rounds. That's how the real show is now. The game follows the Season 29 ruleset, whereas the Wii game followed the Season 27 one.

Kind of disappointing that the 360 version doesn't support the 360 Avatars. I hope the Wii U version at least supports Miis.
I read that there are an extra 1,400 puzzles available for download. How much does it cost? And are there any stages different from the Wii/DS versions?

MarioGS, I have played Wheel on my XBOX 360, and I "can" play as an XBOX avatar. All I have to do is press the "RB" or "LB" in contestants. Just keep pressing these buttons until you find your avatar. Best game I have ever played.
