Why are they still doing $5K Every Day Plus after the $1,000,000 win late last season? Getting rid of it would save $975,000!
(In fact, I haven't seen anything that indicates the show's trying to save money.)
Oh, and Wheel apparently can't come up with any other kinds of sweepstakes. By all indication, they're just using the same stuff as last season.

You know, as someone from Chicago, I wouldn't mind Sears (I don't mind if they use certain themes or sponsors either every season), but how about something from the public limited company, Willis Group Holdings, in order to try something new? :lol:  |

Seriously, I'd watch it first-run if they did that. EDIT: Pat's interview asks about 6000 shows, and he acknowledges "at least 9000" shows including daytime. Hey, it's 100xx, but good job Pat! Now that the new season is here, no need for a long-ass thread anymore.
In fact, going forward, no more of these, okay? Stuff gets lost in them after ten or so pages. Make a new thread for each individual subject. Easier to follow.
