Philadelphia's WPVI pre-empted last night's Wheel with "Philadelphia: The Great Experiment", a documentary special on the city's history. Wheel aired at 1:07 AM. Surprise, surprise, Jeopardy! was left as-is.

Friday's episode of Big Money Week was pre-empted in the Bismarck, North Dakota market. NBC affiliate KFYR instead aired a North Dakota State University football game from 6:30-8:00PM CT, replacing Wheel and a new episode of NBC's Blindspot.
The affected episode of Wheel has been moved to Sunday morning at 11:30AM, with the Blindspot episode shortly afterwards at 1:00PM. Wheel's Saturday rerun aired at its usual time.

New Orleans FOX affiliate WVUE will be pre-empting Wednesday's show with an hour-long local special titled "Jim Henderson: A Legend Signs Off" about the retirement of the longtime play-by-play announcer for the Saints. Wheel will air at 12:35AM CT.

WBZ in Boston is pre-empting Wheel on Thursday with Patriots All Access this week. They usually air it on Friday, in which case it also pre-empts Wheel at 7:00 (but not J!), moving it to 1:37 AM.
Is this year-round? Seems odd to do this even in the offseason. This must really hurt Wheel's ratings in Boston...

As has already been pointed out, Wheel on FOX will be pre-empted this week by the NFL Draft. Thursday's game starts at 8:00PM ET, affecting Wheel only in the Mountain and Pacific time zones. Friday's game starts at 7:00PM ET and affects all mainland time zones. This week's Saturday rerun (Laura/Terri/Isaiah from S34's Weekend Getaways week) will also be affected by sports on FOX (motorcycle racing before 8:00 ET, boxing afterwards). I'm only making note of this in case an affiliate decides to replace Saturday Wheel with a delayed weekday episode. These are all the FOX affiliates airing Wheel that I know of and how they are handling the pre-emptions. I only know of one in the Mountain Time Zone and I don't know if there are any in the Pacific Time Zone, but somebody feel free to correct me on this. Yet again, WROC in Rochester is pre-empting Wheel tonight with a local sports special, this time about the Buffalo Bills in the NFL Draft, despite this station being a CBS affiliate and the games themselves being on FOX. As usual, Wheel is bumped to 2:07 AM and Jeopardy! is unaffected.

WBFF in Baltimore has changed their minds. Originally, neither Wheel nor Jeopardy! were scheduled to air at all tonight. Now, both game shows have been moved to sister CW affiliate WNUV at their normal times, replacing Modern Family reruns.
Both shows already air on this station on Sunday nights with the repeats that most other markets air on Saturdays, which I believe is new for this season; pretty sure last season, the repeats aired on WBFF on Saturdays.
However, listings will still show Modern Family on The CW while J! and Wheel are on.

Yet again, a station chooses to bump Wheel for a drug abuse special...  Wheel will not be seen tonight in the Central Illinois market. WAND is pre-empting the 6:00PM CT hour with a local special titled "Hooked: Opioid Battle in Illinois". J! still aired its double run at 3:00 and 4:30 as normal. Shocking. Last night's episode was pre-empted on Dothan, Alabama's CBS affiliate WTVY due to a local special titled "Hurricanes on the Horizon". Wheel was moved to 1:30AM CT on its CW affiliate subchannel, which is not HD, though listings still referred to the timeslot as Paid Programming.

The NBA Finals aren't the only sport finals affecting Wheel these couple of weeks. NBC is airing select games of the 2018 Stanley Cup Finals at 8:00PM ET, which affects Wheel in the Mountain and Pacific Time Zones on the following days: - Monday, May 28 (America's Game V, Day 1)
- Monday, June 4 (Tennis Week, Day 1)
If more than four games are necessary, Wheel will also be pre-empted on: - Thursday, June 7 (Tennis Week, Day 4)

Well, that's nice that they aired all five new shows of the week at reasonable times, but LA will probably lose at least one episode this week since two days are affected. Keep close watch this Saturday, especially.
