With postgame, CBS ran all the way to 8:00 ET last night, so no East Coast CBS's saw the S39 premiere again except ones that already moved it.
ABC ran to 11:21 ET, so at least some of the West Coast stations that JIP'd or skipped the premiere, such as KOTA which always schedules Wheel at 9:00 PM MT on sports days, ended up having to do so again.
WABC's airing was JIP'd when Allison was giving the Final Spin.

According to sportingnews.com, the NLCS will affect at least one more first-run airing of Wheel on most FOX's. FOX (not just FS1) will be airing the following games in the series: - Game 2: Wed 10/19 (#S-7648) [7:00 ET airings pre-empted outright, 7:30 airings will be affected by overrun]
- Game 4: Sat 10/22 (#S-7471RR) [all mainland airings affected; game scheduled from 7:00-10:30 ET with pregame]
- Game 7 (if necessary): Tue 10/25 (#S-7652) [pregame would likely begin at 7:30 ET; game starts at 8:03]
WSYT Syracuse has already announced Wheel will move to My43 on Wednesday (it already airs there on Saturdays). The counterpart ALCS is airing exclusively on TBS. |

#S-7646 is pre-empted on KABC Los Angeles due to the Chargers playing in MNF tonight. Denver, the other team's city, is not affected. Wheel will air in the overnight slot meant for the repeat of Live with Kelly & Ryan, 2:21 AM PT at the earliest.
#S-7647 will be pre-empted on WPRI Providence by another local debate. As usual, Wheel will air on WPRI-DT2 on Tuesday.

^ WAND isn't in an NFL team's market, so they would never air an MNF game. And obviously, an Illinois-based station is not going to air a debate from Rhode Island. I'm not sure what the schedule is for Illinois debates or if WAND ever airs them.

WBRE Wilkes-Barre had a technical hiccup while airing #S-7646. During the Bonus Round category pick, they accidentally cut to one commercial, then restarted the show from the Triple Toss-Up onward. The rest of the show was not affected, but this meant the show ran past 7:30, which caused Jeopardy! to run past 8:00, with The Voice getting joined in progress a few minutes in.

Correction on KABC: they are padding the game with postgame until 9:00 this time, rather than delaying ABC primetime by 15+ minutes. And it's a good thing they did this, because this game went into overtime. Wheel is scheduled at 2:06 AM PT and it should stay that way.

^ An affiliate does not have to be ABC to air a Monday Night Football game locally. Any station in that team's market can bid for the rights to air some or all games involving that team, unless it's one of the games ABC is airing nationally. We recently saw Wheel get pre-empted on KLAS, a CBS affiliate, by a Raiders MNF game.

NLCS Game 2 overran over an hour. The FOX primetime lineup is delayed by about 42 minutes, so post-news airings of Wheel may be affected, though only three affiliates were affected outright, and one of them was the WSYT(-DT3) duopoly.
KDVR Denver started Wheel at Round 3, and none of Jeopardy! aired.
There was a SPIN ID on tonight's episode. Hope the winner doesn't live in a FOX market, but only about 6% of the US watches Wheel on a FOX affiliate.

Correct. Football Night in America is the pregame show for Sunday Night Football (it was also the pregame for Thursday Night Football when NBC carried it). The only NBC affiliate that regularly airs WOF Weekend on Sunday evenings instead of Saturdays is KHQ in Spokane. Outside NFL season, WOFW airs Sundays at 6:30 PM PT. This NFL season, it is airing at 9:30 PM PT, scheduled after a local newscast from 8:30-9:30, so I'm not sure if NFL overrun would cause the newscast to run past 9:30. |

No MNF pre-emptions tonight. Although the Patriots are involved, WBZ is not airing the game nor a "Patriots Game Day" special; the game is on WBTS (NBC) in Boston with no pregame. In Chicago, the game is on WGN with pregame; Wheel is fine on WLS. Also, the NLCS ended with Game 5 on Sunday, so Wheel will not be affected on FOX on Tuesday, but the World Series starts on Friday. Gonzaga University has released the TV schedule for its mens' basketball games. The following episodes of Wheel will be pre-empted on KHQ Spokane by games: - Wed 11/2 (#S-7658, European Vacation)
