For the intro, I was thinking that they would revive the Sony intro, use many pictures, particularly of Alex, a la Season 16, and then have the Jeopardy! 35th Anniversary logo zoom in, and then the A reveals the set, while using a brand new theme that is very similar to 1997 and 2001. I know this is just my dream, but I’m not sure what the intro will be.

I know this is just my dream, but I’m not sure what the intro will be. Wheel revived the Sony Studios intro from its 31st to its 34th season, and they're bringing it back for its 36th season. But Jeopardy! had a futuristic city intro where the camera panned up a tower and dollar amounts changed into photos on the way up to the Jeopardy! logo. And then for Seasons 32 and 33, the opening sequence went through "museums" to get to the logo. |

Update: I went on Jeopardy's website, and they're doing an All-Star tournament from February to March. Big time winners like Ken Jennings and Brad Rutter will select other winners who won at least 5 games previously on the show. But found no information on whether the music package will get refreshed.

Spoiler alert:
- The opening sequence is relatively similar to last season, except that there are no written-down question form responses; but rather they show set pieces and categories above the objects.
- Contestant outros and winnings indicators are almost the same as last season, but they have diamond boarders.
- Music package is still the same, but as I said before it may be refreshed mid-season.

2. The Thinker
3. Categories such as Potpourri
4. Masks
5. The pillars that represent the current set
More info about the logo, “Double” and “Final” both in blue, and the Daily Double logo is a bit bigger than usual.

i think that's the one from the Sport version they had on Crackle Just began watching the opening of a Sports Jeopardy! and yes it is indeed the music from that spinoff. Anyways I wonder what it would be like if, for the Teen Tournament and College Championship, they replaced the Rock & Roll Jeopardy! theme music with the Sports Jeopardy! music starting this season. At least I hope the TT and CC will get new music. |

Just saw the Jeopardy! All-Star draft, and when team captains were selecting teammates, interestingly the short-lived speed-up cue from Wheel's Season 24 played in the background.

The teen tournament is still using the Rock & Roll Jeopardy! theme music (I hoped it would switch to the Sports! Jeopardy! theme), so I assume it'll still be used for the College Championship. But if John Hoke refreshes the music package at the beginning of the calendar year 2019, I hope he composes new theme music for the CC and TT. If not I hope the TT and CC will use the SJ! theme.
